The old horse stables with barn have been converted into an attractive, modern, and luxurious guesthouse. The spacious living room features a complete kitchen with a cooking island. All bedrooms have a TV and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The entire property has underfloor heating. It is very suitable for family or friends' week(end) gathering. Overlooking our alpaca grasslands.

It is pleasantly furnished and equipped with all conveniences and comfort, including a sitting area, dining area, wood stove, spacious bedroom and spacious outdoor area

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Original and spacious Pipo wagon with a cozy decor and wonderful beds. The Pipo has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed and an extra fold-out bed. It has its own bathroom and children's play area. The Pipo has a spacious enclosed garden on the child-friendly but quiet Camping de Zandkuil in Heerde. With an outdoor swimming pool, directly on the heath and forest and within cycling distance of the Heerderstrand. There are five bicycles available. A lovely place.

On the first floor, you will find the bathroom and the bedroom with two single box springs. Outside on your own terrace, you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun.
Our cottage is within walking distance of the beautiful IJssel. The old town of Zwolle can be reached in fifteen minutes by bike.
