Ground floor : Here you will find a fully equipped, modern fitted kitchen and a stylishly furnished living room with dining area, a double sofa bed, SAT TV and fireplace, which provides a perfect evening ambience in cold weather. Room 4- is equipped with a closet, 2 single beds 80x200 cm, 2 bedside tables. On request, the single beds can be joined together to form a double bed. Bathroom with bathtub, washbasin, WC and towel radiator is located on the ground floor. A utility room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board is also available here. First Floor: Room 1- is equipped with spacious designer wardrobes, a double bed 180x200 cm, 2 bedside tables and LED TV. Room 2 - is furnished with a French double bed 140x200 cm, closet, bedside table, chest of drawers, LED TV and work desk. From room 1 and 2, you can enjoy the unique view over the village and the Wiesbach valley. Room 3 - is equipped with 2 single beds 90x200cm, bedside table, closet and LED TV. There is also a bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin, towel radiator and WC. As the bedrooms can be occupied differently, the following rules apply: 1. the guest chooses the appropriate bedroom himself if possible (e.g. room 1 for 2 persons). 2. other “bedrooms” are not available. 3. the house is only occupied by the person ordering and their companions. Example: A couple orders the house for 5 days, chooses bedroom 1, for two persons, remaining bedrooms are not prepared. All other rooms (living room, bathrooms, kitchen, etc.) are available to the couple. On each floor there are terraces with dining and seating facilities and a wonderful panoramic view. The house is located right on the edge of the forest. It is built on a slope and is therefore not suitable for people with walking difficulties. Infants up to the age of 2 stay free of charge in their parents' bed. Children in the garden must be supervised. Pets are only allowed on request.

Deine Unterkunft ist ein separater Teil unseres Hauses und befindet sich in einem schönen ehemaligen amerikanischen Offiziersviertel. Du hast auf 35qm ein Wohnzimmer mit einer großen bequemen(!) Schlafcouch, einen Kühlschrank, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (Nur Queensize!!!), sowie ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne. Im Eingangsbereich befinden sich eine Teeküche, Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser aber KEINE KÜCHE! Du hast eine Terrasse hinter dem Haus und einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür.

Die Wohnung bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Erwachsene und 1 Baby. Im Schlafzimmer befinden sich ein Queensize-Bett (180 × 200 cm) und ein Boxspringbett (100 × 200 cm). Im Wohnzimmer steht ein Schlafsofa (130 × 200 cm) zur Verfügung. Ein Babybett stellen wir gerne bereit. Ideal für Familien, Geschäftsreisende und Gruppen.

Forget your everyday life in this spacious and serene space. The apartment is located in a small cul-de-sac in Bad Vilbel /Frankfurt. You are a 7-minute walk to the S-Bahn. The apartment is barrier-free and your dog is also allowed to come along. It takes 15 minutes to get to the Frankfurt trade fair (direct S-Bahn connection) and 20 minutes to downtown Frankfurt. The Vilco and Vilbel city center can be reached in 5-10 minutes on foot. There is a private parking space.

Der mittelalterliche Markplatz mit seinen historischen Fachwerkhäusern gehört zu den schönsten in Deutschland. Die Wohnung hat einen separaten Eingang mit Videotürsprechanlage. Durch die zentrale Lage sind alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés und Restaurants unmittelbar fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Bahnhof befindet sich 3 Fussgängerminuten entfernt.

Die alte Münz

Das Haus ist über 500 Jahre alt, wurde 1994 komplette neu renoviert nachhaltig und mit stilgerechten Materialen doch auch modern. Es ist eine geschlossene Hof umgeben mit alten Steinmauern und vielen pflanzen, super für Kinder und Tiere. Inmitten eines wunderschönen Villenviertels befindet sich diese liebevoll sanierte Villa mit zwei gemütlichen Ferienwohnungen im Herzen von Büdingen. Sie wurde 1904 für die Tochter des damaligen Fürsten in bester Lage gebaut und 2023 renoviert. Erdgeschoss mit 3 Zimmern und Garten, Obergeschoss mit 2 Zimmern und Balkon. In allen Zimmern gibt es mindestens zwei Schlafgelegenheiten, auch in den Wohnzimmern.
