We appreciated the location. We could walk to some nearby restaurants and easily took Lyfts to the activities and sights we had planned. The unit was spacious and clean. We loved sitting on the balcony and experiencing the perfect LA weather. Brent was responsive to any questions we had, responding quickly.

We had a great stay! The apartment was spotless, the bed was super comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to everything with a secure parking structure, which was a huge bonus. Check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, and communication with the host was excellent. The only minor downsides were some late-night street noise (a woman was screaming outside one night), and the kitchen didn’t have a baking sheet, which made it tricky to use the oven. Still, we felt safe the entire time and would definitely stay here again!

Very clean, well maintained apartment right in the heart of Hollywood. It's the perfect base to explore all the attractions, great local restaurants and bars, and easy access to public transportation. The secure off street parking is a definite selling point, as well.

Had a comfortable stay at Alisa’s place and would stay here again. Alisa was a responsive host and even had trash bags dropped off when I needed more. The gated parking is a plus. There’s a nice shopping center across the street with all you could need. One thing to note is that the unit faces a gas station and a big intersection so it can get noisy during the day from the road noise.

Fred is very friendly, responsive and helpful. His place was as described with no surprises and was exactly the place I needed for the couple of weeks I was there. Great location, amenities, and privacy.

This stay was absolutely amazing! The apartment was beautiful, clean, and exceeded all expectations. I’ve stayed in many places, but I’ve never experienced this level of customer service before. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Excellent host and this place is in a very good location with garage parking. We got very clear and detailed check in instructions with maps and everything. Also the host is very responsive with communication. The inside of house is very clean, beautiful, and professionally decorated. Highly recommended!

Staying at Howard and Jaqui's beautiful Santa Monica home, Serenity, was an unforgettable experience. The private outdoor patio provided a peaceful sanctuary, perfect for relaxing in quiet solitude. What truly set this stay apart, though, was the exceptional warmth and care from Howard and Jaqui. During the unprecedented Pacific Palisades fires, they went above and beyond—coming over to check on us, answering questions, and offering support with genuine concern. Their kindness and hospitality made all the difference. They are truly lovely people, and their home is a perfect reflection of their heart and generosity. I couldn’t have asked for better hosts.

I had a lovely staycation, the garden is beautiful and the home is lovely. Plenty of books and garden space.

We enjoyed our stay in Burbank. The home was perfect for a flight into Burbank. It is in close proximity to Warner Brothers, Hollywood, The Hollywood Bowl, and other tourist areas. The parking spot was a great addition and the home was comfortable and quiet. I would definitely like stay here the next time we are in the area.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect Stay in Sherman Oaks! We loved our two-night stay here! The house is right in the center of Sherman Oaks but incredibly quiet and relaxing. Parking was super easy with an EV charger right out front. The interior is cozy and well-designed with everything we needed. The two little gardens added privacy and a peaceful vibe. Our host was amazing; very kind and responsive. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Truly fabulous place to stay! We were displaced in the LA Fires and were fortunate enough to make this our home-away-from-home for 4 weeks. Elizabeth and Ryan were amazing hosts - going above and beyond with all the extras because they knew our situation. They stocked the fridge and cabinets with all the basics and a few treats and even had fresh bread and flowers waiting when we arrived. There wasn’t one thing missing from the house and they were incredibly responsive and generous. 5 stars is an understatement on this little zen gem tucked up in the hills… serene with a fantastic view, koi fish in the pond, and the sound of trickling water to fall asleep to at night. We stayed here with family including some elderly folks and everyone agreed it was perfect for us. It felt like a nice hotel apartment with everything being 100% new and obviously a lot of thought put into all of the amenities. Super clean, comfortable & safe. We were there for activities at UCLA and it’s very close and a good value considering the other limited and expensive hotel options. It’s less than 5-10 minutes to UCLA depending on traffic. We visit LA often and I think this is a good central location in general since you can get to so many desirable spots in less than 30 minutes and proximity to the freeway is key for that. The beds and pillows are very comfortable- not too firm but with good support. 2 of the 3 rooms are windowless but there is a good HVAC system for air flow, the TVs are HUGE with DirectTV and streaming options, wifi is fast, the parking garage is tight for navigation but our SUV fit fine in both spots, and the dining area fits 6. Great food options close.

Nos alojamos tres personas, estuvimos muy cómodos. El departamento cuenta con todos los electrodomésticos y utensilios que uno pueda imaginar para prepararse lo que necesite y están impecables. Los espacios son muy amplios y con muy buena luminosidad. Volvería sin ninguna duda. La respuesta de los anfitriones fue precisa e inmediata para cualquier consulta. El aparcamiento fue cómodo y no tuvimos ningún inconveniente.

It was an amazing stay! Alan made sure we got settled in comfortably. He made sure we had everything we needed and gave us recommendations where to find food. He also let me borrow his fan to sleep because I can not sleep with out a fan and he checked in while we were there making sure we were having a Great Time! The place is in a perfect spot and offered everything and more to make our stay PERFECT!! I am ready to go back already!! Thank you all for making this vacation the best it could be!!!

Great location. Safe and gated parking. The property was nice, very spacious and well equipped.

Check in and check out were very simple, and having a private parking spot was amazing in this part of town, which is otherwise mostly street parking. The apartment itself was clean, quiet, and had all the amenities we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay - impeccably clean, convenient setup, walkable to Americana and restaurants (Regent coffee is amazing!), and I couldn't resist using the facilities - the deck and the gym. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!
