Supermarkets, restaurants and other services are easily accessible within 1.5 km. The approx. 50 sqm apartment has a separate entrance and is accessible via an external staircase. The building was built in 2022 in accordance with the KfW 40+ standard and is therefore technically up to date (underfloor heating, ventilation system).

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation. The house is idyllic, but you can still reach shops and the medical center in the village by car in a few minutes. Bike tours and hikes are just fun here, bathing lakes are nearby. The surrounding restaurants are highly recommended. Dogs are welcome (not in the beds) if they are calm and non-aggressive (please no puppies). We have three very agreeable and lovely female dogs of our own.

My place is close to Papenburg (Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left regarding the location. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.
