Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Westmount

Great place with beautiful view. Host’s were really responsive as I asked so many questions and also the brand new iron was dropped on request. Just a little what i did not expect was it’s an old building and renovated apartment, from the pictures I expected different. That’s not host’s fault it’s just the building(as there are newer buildings in the area comparable prices). The unit does not have centralized AC as its was a separate AC to the wall and it does make weird sounds so I end up turning it off as it was very loud. The unit was clean few here and there places. Bedding was old and did not feel that clean, Also its not a proper bed its mattress sitting on the metal frame. There is no closet in the room, the little closet space in room was covered with curtain and it was full of other stuff(not properly organized and cluttered). The balcony was great to relaxed as it was on too floor and balcony felt so open and nice as there is no other balcony on top. Overall it’s a good place

The overall experience was 5-star. The property owner is committed to an exceptional experience, and it showed in every aspect. The place was clean, with an abundance of everything needed for a comfortable stay. Everything advertised about the property is accurate. The location is excellent, in the heart of Montreal where the top destinations are walkable. A couple of items to think about: first, the apartment doesn't have much of a view, which is okay because it's likely you'll be out all day enjoying Montreal. Second, because you're in the heart of downtown, it's a bit noisy, especially with all the construction that's currently going on. None of those items were a concern for me, because everything else far outweighed those issues. The host was very gracious and responsive. I'll definitely be back.

My son and I felt at home the moment we stepped into the house and we were able to enjoy our time together in peaceful surroundings. JP was responding to our concerns and requests and so respectful to us. I definitely regret not having much time to spend there. Looking for a place to stay, I strongly recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in a peaceful and safe place.

I really enjoyed my stay at Heri’s place! I was in town for a week-long workshop and felt right at home. The apartment was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The surrounding neighborhood had a variety of good restaurants, and the metro and university were both only a short walk away, which was very convenient. The street outside was fairly noisy at times, but that wasn’t a major issue and usually wasn’t very noticeable with the windows closed. I’d definitely recommend staying here!

Amazing place to stay and really nice neighbourhood.

Stunning apartment in a thoughtfully converted clothing factory in the most hip and vibrant area of Montreal. Loads of independent shops, restaurants and bars with great transportation links to rest of the city and beyond. The hosts were great and gave valuable tips on on the best eateries and bars. Of course we will be back!

Absolutely love Francois’ place. Spacious and lovely, sitting atop Blvd St-Laurent. Great amenities, awesome deck with a wall “painting” you have to see to believe. And so convenient to McGill and all the shopping and eating in the Plateau and Mile End. Darling, right at the corner, is awesome. And just a bit farther are two favourites: Bar Suzanne and Else’s. Also highly recommend the Korean restaurant Luna, the Old Port Italian restaurant Marcella and the simple but delicious Portuguese restaurant Chez Doval, just a couple of blocks from the apartment. Best way to see Montreal is on foot … or, even better, get a Bixi bike account, you can go anywhere quickly. Thanks Francois, what a wonderful few days and we hope to be back!

It was an excellent place to stay for my first visit to Montreal. The distance from downtown was actually perfect — it allowed me to rest well when I needed to, but also easily go out and enjoy the city.

From checking in to getting around the neighborhood is hassle free. I had rented a car so it was easy for me to go around Montreal. The house is very cute. Everything you need is provided. Clean and free of clutter. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family. Thank you so very much. We had a great time.

Jason was very responsive to all of my questions. 10 minutes into Old Montreal with car. When we realized the toaster didn't work, Jason had one over to the house by the time we got back from touring downtown. Great host to work with!!! Highly recommend this place!!!

We spent most of our time at the space in the outdoor patio and covered area. The Metro was at the end of the block.

Nabil was probably one of the best hosts we have encountered amongst Airbnb owners. Extremely responsive, helpful with local suggestions, communication and more. He covers all the details so you don't have to. If you are staying in the Montreal area, you should consider staying here if the space meets your needs. Local transportation was good too. We stayed at Irma's for a concert at Place Bell. perfect location and flawless experience. We had several last minute changes that Irma accommodated with yease and grace. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved our stay here! A great location for exploring the Mile End neighborhood and Mont-Royal neighborhoods! Walking distance to the metro and Saint Laurent street for shopping. The apt is easy to get into and the master suite downstairs was cozy. Loved all the mirrors in the bathroom and the full length mirror especially since we had a wedding we were getting ready for! Bed was nice and firm and shower pressure was amazing! We enjoyed Bar Henrietta, Butterblume, BIG Japan Bar, Myriad Coffee, Dispatch Coffee, Cafe Pista, Larrys, and many more spots! Def check out the Bota Bota spa too! The art on the walls - as others have said - is more sexual in nature, just fyi if traveling with kids. Host was kind and responsive and we really enjoyed the location of this airbnb. The click and park lot is close by and affordable and was a great place to park the car all weekend while we used the metro to get around.

Easy walkable access to anywhere in the city. Clean quiet and private condo. Never heard any traffic even though in the city. Updated condo and Chris was in constant communication making sure we had everything we needed. A great first trip to Montreal for the weekend!

Our family of four had a great stay at Jason’s place. The property was spacious and clean. The sauna was a nice bonus! We paid for the parking spot associated with the unit, which was helpful for our needs, but also noticed that even on a busy weekend, parking on the street was easily available. Jason was very accommodating, responsive and easy to communicate with. We would happily stay at Drolet the next time we are in Montreal.

Jacques's apartment was very quaint and clean. Full Kitchen, bath and separate bedroom. I was just passing through and only stayed for the one night, but the little town looks like a very cool place to spend some time exploring in the future. The host greeted me curbside on arrival and even popped out to say good-by the following morning. Thanks for allowing me to stay at your place!

Perfect condo for someone who wants to be in downtown and not rent a car. You can walk everywhere. I stayed solo for just a few days. Small basic condo with everything you need for a short getaway. There were some minor maintenance items I noted to the owner, otherwise everything was great. If you travel in summer - bring a sleeping mask. There are no blackout curtains and without a mask you’ll be awake at 5:30 if you are a light sleeper. It can get noisy some nights, but this is a pay for being in downtown. Bring earplugs if you are sensitive.
