Kom met het hele gezin tot rust in dit heerlijk lichte, vrijstaande huis zonder directe buren. Volledig omheinde tuin met vuurplaats en bbq. Kinderbed, kinderstoel en binnen- en buitenspeelgoed voorhanden. Het zitje onder het afdak heeft een houtkachel en comfortabele kussens. Er is ook een grote kas met riante eettafel. Zodra het enigszins warm is, kun je hier al snel genieten van het voorjaarsweer. Voorzien van terrasverwarmer. Op 500 meter ligt een zwemplas met zandstranden. Pure ontspanning!

Lovely house with huge garden in quiet area + WIFI

On the ground floor is a living room of 25 m2 with a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom has an adjustable Auping bed (160x200cm). The house is fully equipped and there are enough towels, bed sheets and pillows for all of the guests. Fast and reliable WIFI available. WARNING: the stairs are steep and have short steps. This house is not suitable for kids. Smoking not allowed. Pets not allowed. TOURIST TAX: a tourist tax of 1,25 Euro per person per night needs to be paid in cash on arrival.

Het huisje ligt in mooi Westerwolde, een gebied met oude Esdorpen langs de Ruiten Aa, afwisselende natuur, en veel wandel- en fietsroutes. Maar je hoeft het terrein niet af voor rust en natuurbeleving. Onze prachtige parktuin met oude bomen en vijver is een idyllische plek om te ontspannen of samen te eten. Als je geluk hebt, lopen er reeën, fazanten, hazen of een vos in de tuin. Er is een minicamping achter op het terrein. Dus wil je met meer personen komen, dat kan!

Gezellig en ruim vakantiewoning aan het water

Van je verblijf in deze ruime, rustgevende accommodatie aan het water wordt je echt blij. Een prima uitvalsbasis om de provincie Groningen te verkennen op de fiets. Waarbij de vestingstad Bourtange ook meer dan een bezoek waard is. Het overdekt zwembad is aan de overkant van de straat en het huisje is gelegen aan het water met een prachtige aanlegsteiger waarop je 's avonds de zon onder ziet gaan

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche. Gut eingerichtetes Haus, besonders die Küche. Hygieneartikel wie Seife, Handtücher, Toilettenpapier etc. müssen mitgebracht werden. Das Haus hat eine ruhige Lage mit einem schönen Ausblick. Fußläufig können Aktivitäten innerhalb des Parks unternommen werden. Außerdem lohnt sich ein Besuch der Stadt Groningen oder der Festung Bourtange.

Is een erg leuk huis, mooie omgeving en mooi park ook. Alles was netjes en schoon opgeruimd toen we aan kwamen en zelfs de jacuzzi was al voor verwarmd. Omgeving is erg mooi en alles is op loopafstand te doen.

Die automatische E-Mail für den Check-In müsste überarbeitet werden, da es laut Aussage keine Rezeption mehr gibt. Trotzdem war der Check-In einfach und die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und sauber. Die Einrichtung war schön und auch gemütlich. Handtücher und Seife muss selbst mitgebracht werden. Bettwäsche wurde zur Verfügung gestellt musste aber selbst bezogen werden. Leider gab es die Bettwäsche genau abgezählt wodurch das Doppelbett nur halb bezogen werden konnte. Ich kann die Unterkunft empfehlen und würde diese auch wieder mieten.

Heerlijk familie weekend gehad in dit huisje. Echt ruim genoeg voor 14 personen, 4 douches en 3 toiletten. Huisje was ook schoon en netjes. Omgeving is mooi en lekker rustig, zwembad in de buurt, supermarkt en genoeg tentjes om wat te eten.

Wir hatten eine sehr entspannte Zeit. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier richtig! Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben, sauber und in ruhiger Lage. Direkt hinterm Haus ein schöner Wald - gerade für Hundebesitzer pefekt! Wir kommen gern wieder!

Tolle Unterkunft für eine große Gruppe. 2 Treppenaufgänge, 2 Badezimmer und 2 Toiletten ermöglichen entspanntes zusammen wohnen. Terrasse mit tollem Blick. Genug Platz für nette Abende und Frühstück mit 12 Personen. Haare im Bett / auf der Bettwäsche waren nicht so toll. Einige Dinge dürften mal entsorgt und erneuert werden: kaputte Sonnenschirme, kaputte Spielzeuge, etwas wenig Geschirr/Schüsseln/große Platten, kaputte Stühle draußen und die drinnen haben die besten Jahre hinter sich. Nichtsdestotrotz war es ein tolles Wochenende.
