On the ground floor is a living room of 25 m2 with a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom has an adjustable Auping bed (160x200cm). The house is fully equipped and there are enough towels, bed sheets and pillows for all of the guests. Fast and reliable WIFI available. WARNING: the stairs are steep and have short steps. This house is not suitable for kids. Smoking not allowed. Pets not allowed. TOURIST TAX: a tourist tax of 1,25 Euro per person per night needs to be paid in cash on arrival.

Lovely little house, very welcoming (plus a sweet and friendly kitty)! Very clean and cute decor, we really enjoyed our stay. Seeing as we came in winter we mostly stayed indoors, but we would absolutely come back in warmer seasons! Thanks Paul :)

Location was beautiful and host was responsive immediately. Our daughter had a great time at the pool.

We had two nights at Bob's place but easily could have stayed longer. The region is beautiful; farmland and lovely quaint villages. We could see cyclists and horses passing by from a garden outdoor area next to the apartment- the photos do not do the place justice. We were able to rent bicycles from a neighbouring cafe. The apartment itself was spacious, modern and very comfortable. Breakfasts were generous and quality. The only downside is that it is on the expensive side for groups. Bob was an excellent host and I would not hesitate to recommend this place.

An outdoor area features a spacious patio with a wood-finished hot tub, surrounded by greenery. Sun loungers and a dining table invite relaxation while offering views of the nearby lake, adding to the serene atmosphere.

Amazing home in Vlagtwedde with jacuzzi

Very nicely decorated, from the outside it looks old but top inside. Very modern TV and very good sound system. Hot tub was already filled and preheated upon arrival, very good. With the sauna you can still optimize, there is a large slot under the door where the heat escapes, we just put something in front of it.
