Tiny house vacation rentals in Western Massachusetts

An incredibly charming, rustic, simple and comfortable small cottage, in a gorgeous rural setting. Just as advertised. It was perfect. Right across the road is Tivoli Bays, with beautiful trails for walking and hiking, and a small waterfall too. If you like, it's just a short walk to Broadway, the main strip in the village of Tivoli. You'll find a few restaurant options, a small market, sandwich shop, excellent coffee, and homemade ice cream. I met Yuko who couldn't be nicer and was a pleasure to chat with. A great experience all around - highly recommend booking a stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Ali and Carson’s cabin! They were incredibly helpful and welcoming hosts. The Mountain View from the cabin is absolutely stunning, even with the rainy weather, it was breathtaking. We also enjoyed exploring the charming nearby towns, and our two dogs had a great time as well. Despite the rain, we loved our stay and are already looking forward to coming back when the weather is better. Highly recommend!

This is a unique and special stay. From the very first interaction, Rich was very responsive and kind in his communications. The property is well cared for and very welcoming. The school room on the main floor is accessible and open to children playing - lots of books and toys. The living space upstairs was large, yet cozy. Stocked with all the things someone might need during their stay. It was so quiet at night, and filled with birdsong in the morning. My young nephews visited in the mornings (Rich was totally okay when I asked him) and they loved "my house." The farm adjacent to their property has alpacas and mini-horses that loved to crunch up the carrots we fed them (provided by Rich). The hosts have honored the history of the one-room school house, while making a fun and very enjoyable place to stay. Highly recommend!

Andrea’s place was stunning. Even though we had to head home early due to circumstances beyond our control with a Nor’easter that took place, Andrea was very understanding and accommodating. The accommodation was stunning. Modern, clean, and the views were immaculate. I can’t thank Andrea enough for being so easy to work with and being flexible with our check in and communicating! Thanks again, would highly recommend anyone looking!

Porter and Sara were wonderful hosts—warm, responsive, and attentive throughout our stay. Their cabin was the perfect cozy escape from the city, ideally located near countless stunning hikes. We couldn’t have asked for a better mountain getaway.

I had an amazing time at your location. I was able to use it as a home base for all the different hiking trails in the area. Your property is really quiet and peaceful. I loved being able to enjoy nature and breathe in some fresh air.

Cynsie was a great host! Very communicative up front and during my stay. The cabin was cozy and property was incredibly beautiful and peaceful. Plenty of fans for the warmer days! The bed in the loft was super comfy, the linens were fresh, and the bathroom was clean. Cynsie had a lot of great local recommendations for things to do, places to see and tourist destinations. Couldn't recommend this cabin enough.

Our second time staying at Maitopia with our cat, just as wonderful in a different warmer season. Tina was super responsive as usual and even accommodated a late checkout. We enjoyed feasting in the kitchen as well as grilling in the yard, floating around in the pool when it was warm enough out, "hiking" with our cat on a leash around the forest on the property, taking baths, streaming music. We didn't leave the property much, but it was a fun highlight to get a few local produce items at nearby Greig farm and meet the adorable goats. One tip- bring an eyemask if you're sensitive to light in the mornings- there aren't any window shades in the bedroom.

This actually wasn’t our first time staying at Art Park, our first time was a while back and we stayed at the Stag Haus (which was AMAZING 😉). So we really weren’t surprised on how amazing the Sugar Shack was going to be! Heidi & Arts attention to detail, and meeting the essence of unique never ceases to amaze us. From detailed check-in, to little things such as making sure there’s snacks & other refreshments being ready, and to her prompt messaging & sending thorough info on things to do around … talk about a super host 🤭 Heidi gave us a tour of the newest addition (The Hitching Post), and Blush … and boy were we blown away. Thank you again Heidi, we truly enjoyed getting to know about each listing and basking in each of its own unique design. (let me know when Art starts selling tables hehe 😉) My husband and I, have made it our mission to stay at each listing so we’re so excited for our next stay. And we hope you do too!!!! The view from the apartment was lovely. From the balcony, one could see the river and foothills. The apartment itself was spotless with a very comfortable bed. The location was great for accessing things to do. The only challenge was the wifi which was weak.

We love Mark and Lori’s properties, so much so this is our 4th year staying with them, the location is great, plenty of outdoor activities close by, great food and drink options close by, the cabin is well equipped for a comfortable stay and the outdoor area is amazing for chilling around a fire. Highly recommend, we already have another stay booked later this year with them.

Excellent and beautiful location. Very scenic and tranquil. The location allows you to relax while still being in reach of everything. The unit was very well maintained and clean. All the Amenities of home without the chaos.

My husband and I enjoyed a peaceful weekend away at the Boulder house. It is in a beautiful, quiet location and the house has everything you need to never want to leave. From walks around the wooded property, a canoe ride on the pond spotting beaver lodges, listening to the many different birds, to the hot bath on the deck means you can relax but not be bored, even on a rainy weekend. The host is very friendly and helpful and clearly takes pride in and care of his property. Check out was easy with minimal asked of us. The house is just as cool in person as in the pictures- lots of thoughtful details and such a unique, cozy space that is perfect for 2 people to relax in with high end kitchen amenities and comfortable furniture. We did check out the area while we were there and enjoyed the Harrisville General Store and an amazing dinner at the Hancock Inn. We definitely hope to return to this special spot again soon!

My bf and I originally had booked Gloria’s place for 3 nights. We loved it so much that we extended it for another 2 nights and didn’t want to leave after! The house is very cozy in a peaceful, private and nature-y surroundings. It’s perfect for us. It felt like home. We had a great time! Thank you! 🤍

Honestly, I was very nervous when we started the short but steep hike to the treehouse. I thought, I’ve made a mistake. By the time we got there and I got my wits about me, I had the most magical stay. The pictures don’t do justice to how amazing the treehouse, loft and artist’s space are. We stayed out pretty late by the firepit enjoying the glow of the house from outside. With tons of cds to choose from we listened to music until we fell asleep. Early morning coffee with a morning fire was a treat too. The outhouse is clean and even pleasant (not your great grandma’s outhouse!). Like others, I would have been more than happy to have more time there. The treehouse is an architectural wonder, a bucket list “must see” and, all around, the thing that kids’ crazy dreams are made of. If you can make the hike — and it is a hike — I recommend this gem. I’ll never forget it.

Great little getaway. Nice fire stove outside to sit by with a beautiful forest. Floor to ceiling window in the cabin to admire the nature. Would recommend!

A great place to stay and explore the local area. It was small but had everything that we might need, including a kettle which was very handy. The decor was tasteful and the bed was really comfortable. Nick and Kelly communicated well, and check in was very easy. The only thing that we had an issue with was the shower as the hot water took a very long time to run through. The second morning we ran it for longer as advised but it still wasn't really hot enough for me. A small niggle - overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Erin’s place was absolutely lovely! We really enjoyed the location - so peaceful and conveniently close to Art Omi. The cabin was beautifully maintained, and we especially loved the interior design, which felt both stylish and cozy. We stayed for two nights but honestly wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!

Vidar was a very accommodating host for the dates that we wanted to have our stay and was great in giving thorough instructions about the property. The tiny home itself was very cute and clean with a comfortable seclusion on the property. Appreciated Vidar giving updates on weather, being attentive to our questions, and having a starter fire built for us already in the firepit that made it easy for us to use. The animals were a delight to meet as well. Would definitely recommend!

Our cabin was cute and the kitchen cabin next to it made everything so spacious and nice. The shower was warm and just what we needed on a long road trip plus the bed was comfy as comfy can be.

We had yet another perfect stay at The Horse Farm with Georgette. We love the simplicity of being separate from the main house and she provides fresh eggs and breakfast items every time. We’re headed back!

This is a fantastic place. Absolutely beautiful but still only a short drive from restaurants and other things to do. We would certainly like to go back!

The tiny home was lovely for my weekend of training. It had everything I needed and the hot tub was to necessary. The lake was pretty and clean even for May. If I was ever in the area I would definitely rent again.
