Queen sized bed in bedroom and sleeper sofa in the living room accommodates up to 4 people. Internet/Wifi, Keurig coffee maker, linens, towels, dishes, silverware and pots/pans are included. **As of May, 2023, a new larger parking space has been obtained, free of charge, and clear instructions are available to guests.
