A Beaver Runs Through It 3bed/2bath

Okay, well, it's a stream, but it's all yours to enjoy. For the nature lovers we have deer, beavers, ducks, nutria, fish, etc. (think wetlands). This beautifully renovated home (duplex) is fully equipped with a fireplace, central gas heat and central AC. Its a bright, clean, cozy space for anyone wanting to be close to Portland (but not too close) and surrounded by nature. There is some ambient noise from the creek below (a beaver partially dammed it creating a fall) and the highway above.
