Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in West Los Angeles

Stayed at Niklas’ place for 4 nights on my fiancee and I’s first time around LA and it was perfect! Everything was as described and Niklas was always very responsive and helpful! Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay! Well decorated, clean, and conveniently located walking-distance to everything we needed. A bidet is always a huge plus in my book. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Sam's Hollywood Hills appartment was fantastic. Great location, quiet with a million dollar view on LA, but still close to all the attractions that West Hollywood has to offer. The appartment was just as nice in the pictures as it was in reality and it has everything you need, including some snacks that Sam left for us at the arrival. Sam was also very attentative and always easy to reach and responded quickly. We can highly recommend and would come back again if back in the area.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at this cozy Airbnb in a very nice and convenient part of Santa Monica. The space is thoughtfully designed and makes excellent use of every corner — even including all types of phone charging connectors, which was a great touch for travelers. The backyard is beautifully decorated, and we really enjoyed having breakfast out there both mornings. Smitha was a fantastic host — very communicative and welcoming. She even shared some fresh fruit with us, which was such a kind gesture.

I really did not want to write such a positive review because I want to live at this place, and as I’ve found out, it’s very rarely available because of the exceptional location. If you see this place is available just book it. Do not hesitate!!!. Example; if you were at Louis Vuitton on Rodeo Drive and your friend was at this property you could hear each other breath. The area in general is unmatched. The people unchallenged in any realm of Humanity. Shay the host was incredible too, hence why my Karmic retribution gene kicked in and forced me to share this hidden gem. For the past 6 years I’ve lived in LA and I’ve finally found a place called home. Remember!!! Do not hesitate just book it or you’ll be left waiting months for it to become available again.

This was such a fun Airbnb experience! These hosts are so sweet, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I had an odd request and they totally went out of their way to help! The entire area is gorgeous and perfectly walkable. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. 10/10 would stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and was very pleased with the apartment and the surrounding area. We will definitely consider staying there again if we’re ever in the Culver City in the future. Thanks again to the amazing host for helping us at a time when we really needed it as we were stranded..

The home is spacious, clean and beautifully appointed. Quiet neighborhood and great for walking. Close enough to major freeways --- getting to the beach, downtown, or airport is easy enough. Dani is a terrific and responsive host!

A really fantastic Airbnb! Attention to detail everywhere, so many amenities and thoughtful touches, very comfy and spacious. Beautifully appointed. Air conditioning worked great which was so nice because I stayed during an LA heat wave. Hosts were helpful and communicative. I was bummed to check out and would be delighted to stay again.

If you're looking for a place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the place for you! This place has *everything* (literally) to help you unwind, all you have to do is show up and relax. Not to mention the beautiful mountain views and the awesome drives down the winding roads! Char was super responsive and readily available if you needed anything. Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your little slice of paradise. It reminded us as to why we love California so much!

Staying at Howard and Jaqui's beautiful Santa Monica home, Serenity, was an unforgettable experience. The private outdoor patio provided a peaceful sanctuary, perfect for relaxing in quiet solitude. What truly set this stay apart, though, was the exceptional warmth and care from Howard and Jaqui. During the unprecedented Pacific Palisades fires, they went above and beyond—coming over to check on us, answering questions, and offering support with genuine concern. Their kindness and hospitality made all the difference. They are truly lovely people, and their home is a perfect reflection of their heart and generosity. I couldn’t have asked for better hosts.

Angie's house is really in a beautiful location, walking distance to Century City mall. For a weekend with just 2 girls, we felt really safe, walking around the neighborhood. The drawback is that it's quite noisy (surprisingly), which can be difficult for sensitive sleepers. I'm not sure if the walls are really thin or just the neighbors leave at random times in the middle of the night. Furthermore, the house is a bit difficult to find since the street entrance doesn't exist on Apple or Google - use Waze and you'll find it just fine. I felt like the bed was a little too soft, but that's perhaps just personal. My friend had an issue with the light in the primary bedroom, which woke her up in the middle of the night. Overall, the house was very well equiped with everything you need and more for the weekend. We really enjoyed our stay and could see why it has the high rating that it does.

I love this house and the neighborhood is just so fun to walk around. Very convenient location with a lot to do! Host was friendly and helpful from the time we secured the reservation and all during our stay! That door out to the front outdoor sitting area and those climbing flowers. To die for! Thanks again!

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Very nice place to relax after a busy day in LA. The patio is beautiful and inviting. The place itself is cute and perfect for 2. An Avis car rental is literally around the corner which is super convenient. Although most restaurants and busy Santa Monica streets are not far, be aware that it is a good 20-30 mn walk through a commercial area to get there.

Sam and Amber are great hosts and their place is perfect for a few days Santa Monica and LA. It’s very close to the beach, pier and the 3rd street boulevard (shopping and restaurants). Both of them replied quickly and were always helpful. The apartment has everything you need and is well equipped. The free parking in a garage is a big plus! We would come back and can absolutely recommend the two and their apartment!

Very well-furnished with all the amenities. Our hosts even had cold drinks in the fridge for us. Both Tianna and Grant were very responsive and friendly. Only 5min to LAX

Beautiful place! Excellent location- my partner and I like to walk, so we took a 20 minute walk and landed in the heart of WeHo. Host was gracious and let us book last minute. Place looks like the pictures and has the most amazing rain shower. Recommend!

A surprisingly private place with a nice large bedroom and modern bathroom. It’s walkable to restaurants (definitely check out the Maple BBQ place and Jolly Donuts just down the street!) and has a big flat screen TV to watch movies on. A great place at a great value!
