Just remodeled, modern design and very comfortable guesthouse. loft bedroom upstairs with a queen bed and a large closet. Living room downstairs with a sleeper sofa. fully equipped kitchen and a great shower. Lovely private yard with patio furniture. Completely private entrance through the yard. Ample parking right on the street with minimal restrictions (street cleaning only). Professionally managed with access to host & property manager. Happy to help in every way. The guesthouse is in a high-end, quiet residential neighborhood in the heart of LA's Westside. Extremely safe and with ample street parking, it's in walking distance to malls, shops, and restaurants. Ample parking right on the street. Minimal restrictions (street cleaning once a week per side of road). Lots of bus lines within 5-10 minutes walking that can get you to anywhere in LA. About 20 minutes walk to the metro station (light rail to the beach & to downtown). Lots of Ubers within 5 minutes around the clock. This guesthouse is cosy, it is not large (the pictures that were taken by a gifted Airbnb photographer make it look larger than it is.) It is a great space for a couple, and while it can fit up to 5 people, it is a very tight space for 5 adults. It seems to work well for families with kids that want an affordable place to stay in LA, or for 3-5 young people who do not mind crowded accomodation.

CLEAN and BRIGHT 1260 sq. ft. double master HOUSE all to yourself. A/C, 2 queen beds, walk-in closets, wood floors, nice TV entertainment setups, washer/dryer, parking, remodeled chef’s kitchen, 2 coffee makers (drip and French press), dishwasher, and dining room. Large front and back GARDENS (shared*) with a rear porch, gas BBQ, small outdoor fire pit. WiFi, cable TV, Blu-Ray players/access to Netflix, Hulu, etc in every room. Living room has FIREPLACE, Surround Sound, queen fold out couch.

Our spacious one bedroom guest apartment locates separately on ground floor of our home in Silver Lake. There's big bedroom with queen size bed , big bathroom with shower/bathtub, hallway with entrance door to the street, fully equipped eating area but no kitchen sink/stove. Parking is free at curb.
