Vacation rentals with a patio in West LA

A great stay in Westwood while visiting our son at UCLA! Walkable area with clean and quiet building. Easy access to coffee just across the street. Very spacious, clean and bonus parking!

I had a great stay at Alisa’s place! She was super friendly, responsive, and helpful in her communications - including replying to my booking inquiry really fast which made the booking process very smooth and easy. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos - and actually felt even more spacious in person - and everything was clean and just as described. The building had great facilities, especially the pool area. The neighborhood was peaceful and lovely, right across the street from an outdoor mall with lots of shops and restaurants, plus two grocery stores within walking distance. The marina was also nearby and made for a great evening walk. Very convenient access to LAX airport too. Highly recommend!

This is a great find for people that want to stay in or near West Hollywood. The listing was an exact match to what you actually get. Maggie was very quick to respond to any questions. The views from the apartment and rooftop were to die for! The space is excellent for a couple. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

Smooth check-in. 2 step security. You will feel safe. Loved everything about this place. Exact to pictures. Everything was extremely clean and tidy. Washer and dryer came in extra handy for our long stay. Host was very responsive and answered my queries in minutes. Location is walkable distance to 3 different bus stops. Walkable to Ralph’s and Mcdonalds. In a central location where access to many attractions (grove, rodeo drive, lacma) are 15min away (by car) or 30min away (by bus). Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting LA :)

This is very close to where my daughter lives, Stefania was incredibly communicative, which was also fantastic. I will stay here again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Jaden’s place. We would definitely utilize his place for future stay’s.

This was a great spot to launch from in Santa Monica, and we enjoyed visiting with guests on the patio with its greenery and lights. Very cozy!

Wow!! So glad we found Eitay’s place! It was perfect and we loved staying there. The location had an incredible view, very nice neighborhood, and a great area. The beds were comfortable and they had so many comforts of home that were greatly appreciated. The owners provided great instructions and were wonderful. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent location by Sunset and quiet up the mountain. Plenty of lounge space. I loved the fire pit in the back patio so relaxing! Beds ore comfy!

Truly fabulous place to stay! We were displaced in the LA Fires and were fortunate enough to make this our home-away-from-home for 4 weeks. Elizabeth and Ryan were amazing hosts - going above and beyond with all the extras because they knew our situation. They stocked the fridge and cabinets with all the basics and a few treats and even had fresh bread and flowers waiting when we arrived. There wasn’t one thing missing from the house and they were incredibly responsive and generous. 5 stars is an understatement on this little zen gem tucked up in the hills… serene with a fantastic view, koi fish in the pond, and the sound of trickling water to fall asleep to at night. Great home and location, but the very best thing about this property was Carlos! His attention to detail and his drive to make sure everything was exactly how it should be were a fantastic comfort during my entire stay.

I booked Fabio’s place for visiting family members. Despite the last-minute booking request, Fabio was responsive, accommodating, and made the whole process seamless. The apartment was exactly as described: clean, well equipped, and in a great location. My family had a comfortable stay and appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout.

The house was great! The backyard is lovely and was so nice to use on our work trip. The beds were extremely comfortable! Lots of parking space and very close to a lot of things to do. Cute neighborhood. Would definitely stay again!

Peter was the best host! Not only were the check in instructions great with photo examples to aid a smooth process but he was willing to work with me on checkout time. I came for work and left my belongings at the apartment thinking I would be back in time before checkout and Peter was not only helpful but very understanding. Being able to check in very late after a long flight with front desk security made it really easy and comfortable. It was so quiet! Which is surprising for the area. The space was more spacious and beautiful in person. Can’t wait to book this for visiting friends

The property was very beautiful in a walkable neighborhood of Manhattan Beach, close to almost anything you could think of. When we arrived the place was definitely cleaned and ready to go. MB is one of my favorite places so to have found this last minute only a min or so walk from the beach was awesome! Check in was breezy and we seemed to have our own privacy which was key! This was a mother-son trip .I will give it to them the property is clean and in a perfect area. Upon check in the replies were a bit impersonal. Didnt really get the welcome to MB from the host i have experienced with past airbnbs. Got a “yea we have basics” reply to my question about pots and pans and although this didnt affect the stay in any way there was a moment or 2 i was second guessing the vibe, when the host did reply it was short and concise(to the point) Also it definitely gets a bit hot inside, and the AC could have been more efficient but what do u expect in LA😎☀️🕶️ We would live here its great

We had a great time staying at this Airbnb, it was a beautiful and very clean. It was also very nearby to a handful of restaurants and shopping stores. All hosts were very responsive and friendly. Our only complaint was the check out time, the 10am check out time felt very early, earlier than hotel rooms and most Airbnb’s I have previously stayed in. Aside from that everything else was great and we enjoyed our stay.

Loved our stay here! We were instantly comfortable and had everything we needed. Easy instructions to get in. Felt safe and private. Typical city noise which is to be expected, but nothing bad at all, and the windows block out the noise perfectly so we slept great! No complaints and hope to come back next time we're in town for a concert! Thank you so much Christina!

John and Vincent were perfect hosts. Went out of their way to make the check in smooth, and be responsive. Their bnb is in a fantastic location, we walked everywhere , access to the beach was super easy and we were surrounded by great restaurants. My family had a wonderful break, we would go back in a heartbeat.

Great area! Short walk to the beach and a short drive to the pier. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and made dinner time easy. Comfy beds, big bathrooms and a nice quiet outside area. The house has great history and felt cozy. The kitchen area is an add on that can only be accessed through the courtyard area. Be prepared that you will hear the owners/occupants above you when they walk and you often can hear them talking.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb in Hollywood. Check-in was super easy, and the place had a great vibe from the moment I arrived. Everything was clearly explained, which made it really simple to settle in. The location is perfect — close to everything I needed.
