Quiet, comfortable 1 bedroom with private bathroom, living room, kitchen and private balcony. My little cat MauMau lives here. She is approx. 6 1/2 years old. Please don't ask me to remove my cat. She is a rescue and this is her apartment. I will come by 2 times a day to take care of her. I will respect your privacy but please understand I will come by. 1 block away from Santa Monica for short or longer stays. fans, heater, WIFI, coin washer/dryer in the building, easy access to city and beach.

Free electric shuttle service that runs throughout Santa Monica. Walking distance to Main St, Promenade, downtown Santa Monica and the Beach!

Large airy studio space with bedroom and living area divided by an archway and big picture windows with stained glass above. Separate private bath with dressing room, coffee, tea and breakfast station, fridge. Comfortable queen sized bed with pillow top mattress and dining table and work desk. Our Venice loft space is on the beach block 80 yards from the boardwalk, five minutes walk from Abbot Kinney Blvd, restaurants and shops. We are originally from the UK and welcome international guests.

My place is close to Sawtelle and Cheviot Hills Recreation Center. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Lots of restaurants in a walking distance. Close to the Mall and 99 cents store.Close to buses to go to UCLA and the Beach. Very safe area and good neighbors .It does not have Stove but Microwave ,Toaster ,Coffee maker and everything else you need to prepare a meal with Microwave. It Does not have AC but a Fan . I try to be a good hostess for my hosts.

Safe upscale Cheviot Hills. Private entry, one bedroom ensuite attached but no access to house. Close to Century City, UCLA, 20th Century Fox, Sony Studios, 10 Freeway for downtown access and 405 freeway as well as Santa Monica Beach. Very walkable neighborhood, 2 blocks from Rancho Park with golf, tennis courts and a walking path. For vacationers, upscale shopping and restaurants are close by. Free easy street parking available on the street. No parking restrictions at all.
