SoKno Wilderness Apt. (pet friendly, fenced yard)

DannyRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Loved the neighborhood and the apartment we stayed in. Our hosts let us use the garage to store our bikes in which was extremely useful and appreciated! Only thing missing is a water hose to spray down bikes and our bodies after a very muddy ride. Not a huge deal though. The apartment was quiet, clean and very comfy. AC worked well, maybe have access to a couple portable fans for people use to sleeping with moving air. Overall, we loved it so much and will definitely be back!

Volunteer City Getaway

Volunteer City Getaway is a WONDERFUL place to stay. We stayed for a girls weekend and everyone in the group agreed it was the perfect place, more cost effective than a hotel room and waaaaaay better than a hotel room!!! The apartment has everything essential you need, it was spotless (and I’m a clean freak), in a great location for everything Knoxville, tastefully decorated, comfortable bed and floor mattress, good quality linens and kitchen supplies. We will definitely stay here again. Don’t look elsewhere, this place is great!!!!

Cozy Farmhouse Studio Apartment

KarenRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Without a doubt, my favorite AirBNB to date. It is exactly the type of place I would love to call home, and Barb and Greg were just the most accommodating hosts. We had plans to get out and spend most of our time looking for things to do, but ended up spending so much time at the apartment, because the farm is idyllic and being there, reading a book that Barb supplied, was exactly what I needed. There was not one thing that we lacked during our stay. Barb has thought of everything, including snacks, teas, essential out diffuser (my fav), and a well equipped kitchen. If you love nature, wildlife, and gorgeous landscape, this is the place for you. Finding new friends, in Barb, Greg and Tucker were an added bonus. Thank you for a STELLAR stay!

Vernon and Ashley were wonderful! Responded to questions within minutes, went above and beyond to be accommodating, and ensured the space was pristine and stocked with all the essentials. I had a plug in for all my hair tools😂 Highly recommended! Thanks for everything, you two! 🤍

The Burrow • A Fountain City Cottage

Our stay was extra special because of the cleanliness, comfort and attention to detail that was displayed throughout. The photos don’t do this cottage justice. It is even better than it appears online. Kat went over and above to make us feel welcome. She even left us a note, snacks and yummy cookies when we checked in. If you are traveling in this area, do yourself a favor and stay here! Thanks for sharing your wonderful place with us.

We stayed at the beautiful tiny Airbnb that was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed—absolutely perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, especially when our car wouldn’t start—they went out of their way to help us out, which we really appreciated. Everything about the stay was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Loved my stay here! The house is stunning and has so many lovely, personal touches. The house has so much natural light as well. I loved having coffee on the back porch in the mornings to start the day.
