Beachfront vacation rentals in West Kelowna

Linday provided exceptional service! She was incredibly friendly to our dog and even prepared some treats for him, which made us feel so welcomed. On top of that, she surprised us with a bottle of wine, which was such a lovely touch. We mistakenly got the checkout time wrong and were 30 minutes late, but the staff was very understanding and kind about it. Our family had a wonderful holiday, and we highly recommend staying here!

Julie was a fantastic host! The place looked exactly how it was pictured, it was beautiful and quiet and the perfect spot for our weekend getaway. Julie was proactive and thoughtful in providing us with what we needed for an excellent stay. Our dog ( and us of course) was very happy to have the private beach and enclosed backyard and a couple friends to run around and play with. The proximity to the wineries made it easy to ride our bikes to several wineries on our own little tour. The suite was clean, well organized and had everything we needed for our stay. We will absolutely stay here again.

Rowens Nest is a cute home away from home. Very clean, great amenities, and a short walk from beautiful beaches!

Beautiful Cottage and stunning Lakeview, was perfect for our family of 4 and a fully stocked kitchen with coffee. The resort has a lot to offer for sports activities and the kids had a lot of fun. Lakhbir was very responsive to my questions and provided some helpful recommendations. The Lakeview was so peaceful and we really enjoyed sitting on the back deck to enjoy the view

We like staying in this building. The proximity to the water and still close to convenience stores and such make it a winner for us. This suite is lovely and is a bit more private on the balcony than others in the building - which we personally liked. Michelle is a terrific hostess. My husband, adult daughter and I stayed at Karen's home when we came to visit with family in West Kelowna. Karen was very responsive to our questions and gave us very clear replies and directions, as required. Her home was immaculately clean, and the amenities provided were exactly what we needed while staying, from dinnerware to towels and coffee and creamer. The beds were comfortable, as well as the other furnishings, and we all slept really well. We were able to walk our dogs along the waterfront, day and night, and felt safe while doing so. And we had a wonderful choice of restaurants within walking distance. We've already recommended Karen's home to family and friends, and we look forward to staying here again.

We loved Brenda’s place. It was well appointed, had a good layout (worked great for two families), and is overall a very clean and comfortable space. Brenda was an excellent host - always easy to deal with, quick to respond, and provided helpful suggestions. The resort is great for families and the aqua park, in particular (3/4 water trampolines, climbing walls, human launcher), provided hours of entertainment for all. There is not much of a beach (quite rocky) but there are some decks and lounges. Floaties are important so you can just hang out in the water. We highly recommend Brenda’s place and hope to go back one day.

We really enjoyed Andrew's condo. It was nice to have the bedrooms upstairs. Our group of 6 ladies were comfortable. The balcony was large enough for all of us. Nice large fridge. Everything was clean. The elevator was close by. The resort is awesome. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Andrew was quick to answer questions when we had them. He had lots of info that came in very handy. From pool rules to where to put the garbage in the resort. He left us a couple of nice gifts too! We walked to Frind Winery. It was a nice 15 minute stroll. It's right on the beach and has great food as well as nice wine. If we come to Kelowna again we'll be back here!!!

Chrissy’s place was fabulous! Three ladies stayed in the condo and it was as described, clean and had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. The grounds of the resort are beautiful, and we enjoyed the beach and pool area. We very much enjoyed breakfast at Frind and visiting the surrounding West Kelowna wineries. Chrissy was very responsive and accommodating to messages and requests. We look forward to returning!

Beautiful spot right by a private beach and an incredible beachside winery just up the road, Frind. The condo was clean, fully stocked and had an amazing view of the pool and lake. Overlooking the pool of a resort may seem like it would be noisy and not peaceful but I would say the complete opposite. Guests were always respectful and it created a great atmosphere. Lots of good restaurants and wineries without having to cross the bridge into Kelowna. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment. The space was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and lake during the summer season. One of the best parts was having a parking space right in front of the apartment, which made coming and going super convenient. The neighborhood felt safe and offered good food options just a short drive away. The host was amazing—friendly, quick to respond, and very helpful whenever we needed anything. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

we had an absolutely lovely stay. Beautiful space with nice outdoor seating area. Lacking for nothing. Everything you could need for cooking. Our only problem, and it was probably me more than anything, was that we struggled a bit with the door lock to get in, but were able to phone the owner, and he was very helpful and then we got in with no problem. we also enjoyed the pool and the lake.

Amazing location and absolutely beautiful unit! We had a comfortable stay and the hosts were friendly, responsive and welcoming. Great views, a very spotless and clean unit! Would recommend and we hope to stay again! What a gem!

Condo was very clean and very well stocked. Beds were comfy with nice linens. Kids loved the bunk room. I was very impressed with the clear instructions given prior to check in and check out. Made everything extremely easy.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo! It was very well stocked with everything we needed, which made our trip super easy and comfortable. The pool was clean and peaceful, and the beach was just steps away with gorgeous views. The condo itself was cozy and had a great layout, with beautiful views of the canal, lake, and mountains from the balcony. And I have to mention, the bed had the best pillow I’ve ever slept on! Such a nice surprise. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

The location and amenities in the Suite were fantastic. My only complaint is the price. We last stayed in a suite at Barona Beach in 2019, and since then have stayed in very similar accomodations in Kelowna proper, but for nearly half the price of Ellen and Aaron’s Suite. I’m not sure what rates for Ellen and Aaron’s suite were like prior to the B.C. government banning short-term rentals in Kelowna, but the current price seems excessive compared to other options we have rented over the past 5 years.

This was a beautiful stay! The location was wow. You could see and hear Mission winery bell chime on top of mountain, walk to the beautiful lakefront Frind winery, and drive to multiple esteemed wineries under 5 minutes. The condo view was stunning, and the amenities outstanding. We requested an extra night as it was hard to leave. We spent it playing games on the dock patio furniture, having our picnic and drinking wine while listening to the waves lap and soaking in the amazing views. The pool area felt like a true resort. Lake and pool were 5 star swimming. Host was friendly and responsive!

Beautiful location, great spot on the lake, such nice walks and gorgeous patio. The pool wasn’t open yet when I stayed but I would love to come back when it is. Very comfy and great responsive host.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Nolan was a great host, responsive and friendly. The condo was very comfortable and felt like home. Everything was clean and in great condition, and had everything we needed. I will definitely stay here again! Wonderful rental

Our stay at the Barona Beach Lakefront Resort was an absolute dream! Our unit was not only immaculate, but fully stocked, welcoming and home to breathtaking views. The location of this unit is perfect in every way. The residents at the complex were also extremely kind and lovely to talk with. The complex itself is very well kept, the pool and beach area are tidy and clean. Our hosts Ruth & Aoife made our stay feel like we were right at home. They were both fantastic to deal with and very accommodating, with fantastic recommendations! We can't wait to come back as soon as we can.
