Absolutely loved everything about our stay! We came specifically to bird watch, and it turned out to be the perfect location. Peaceful, scenic, and full of life within just three days, we were able to identify 50 different species. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot.

We loved the house! Our plan was to stay altogether in a beach house near my grandparents who live nearby. Success!!! We stayed two nights and Hector checked in on us daily. The kids really enjoyed the pool. It’s heated and glows magically at night. The beach is rocky with some strong currents so we didn’t let the kiddos get in, but the view is exactly what you see in the pictures. It’s BEAUTIFUL! The house is comfortable, clean rooms on two levels. Very spacious! If we had the choice, we would have stayed our full trip there. My advice: book ahead of time as dates get taken quickly! We hope to be back again next year!

The place is just as shown in the photos, beautiful! Super private, ideal for disconnecting for a while and having peace. The view is spectacular, you can hear the birds singing, the coquíes, and you are surrounded by pure nature. It's a nice place to stay, very quiet and cozy. I recommend it 100%.

BOOK IT! This home is beyond what the pictures show! I spent my birthday here and the hosts helped make this the BEST birthday ever! This home is private, clean, spacious, and has all that you could want and need! The house is centrally located to three beaches, a few grocery stores, great local restaurants, and a few exciting excursions. The hosts were very attentive, responsive, kind, and helpful with anything we needed. Just a heads up that a 4x4 is highly recommended due to this home being in the mountains, but it’s so worth it! Genaro is a great host. Friendly, helpful and communicates well. All the information needed to have a seem-less experience was provided to us prior to arriving, which gave us a piece of mind. The room is very spacious and beautiful; the pictures do not do it justice. The area is walkable with great places to eat. The area is also quiet and serene which made enjoying the outdoor space relaxing including the volcano view from the rooftop terrace. Breathtaking! There is some construction in the area that can be heard during the day but it didn’t bother us much as we spent that time doing excursions. Would definitely recommend anyway and plan on returning!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Villa Canopy. Rosa was wonderful, the place was absolutely fantastic, and we had no complaints. Note that unless you have a “real” 4x4 (and most of the “city 4x4s” such as the Renault duster rented in Santa Marta would not qualify as “real”), the road to get to the villa will be impassable. It is incredibly steep and rough, so if you need to get up the road in a car, you’ll either need a very good 4x4 or a taxi. The villa provides a good contact for a taxi service and it costs around 60,000 COP each way. It’s about a 20 minute walk to/from town, but it’s a strenuous and steep hike, so you probably don’t want to do it if you are carrying significant luggage. Despite the poor road, this place was well worth it and we would come back in a heartbeat.

The views are absolutely stunning. It added such a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere to the entire experience. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and you can really tell that care and intention went into creating a space for guests to enjoy. Dushi was also a great host — responsive, friendly, and made everything feel seamless. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a beautiful and relaxing getaway.

Mango Point is beautiful! The view of the Pitons is spectacular, and the villa itself is surrounded by flowering plants and trees. We walked to the nearby beaches (Anse Chastanet and Anse Mamin) several times, and while it is a hike back to the villa, the beaches are well worth it. The resort staff at the beaches were friendly and accommodating. The staff at the villa were friendly and helpful. Jacqueline prepared fresh fruit and eggs for breakfast and took excellent care of the space. Augustin kept the pool and garden pristine. Pamela is an excellent cook and made us feel at home in the evenings. Getting around Soufriere was a breeze with Jones - I highly recommend having him pick you up at the airport, he made our arrival stress-free. Mango Point is a perfect alternative to the luxury resorts in St. Lucia. Peace and quiet, a great pool with an amazing view, delicious meals, and lovely people made for a wonderful time on this beautiful island.

Absolutely loved this place. Quiet location with beautiful views. Hosts were always quick to respond when we had questions and they gave us several helpful recommendations with everything from travel to restaurants. Incredible place! The beach right down from the house is incredible and very private. We walked down every day. Snorkeling was incredible. You really don’t need to leave. We drove the entire island but our favorite place was right back at the Airbnb and Magens bay.

Villa Piton was heaven on earth! Beautiful scenery and nicely located to main attractions. Though the home doesn't have air-conditioning, the consistent breeze made the home very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Kermit was very responsive and spot on with his recommendations for food and activities. We traveled with our 3 kids ranging from 5 to 15 years of age and all were pleasantly entertained our entire trip. We spent a few days just relaxing by the pool and enjoying the beauty of Villa Piton. The locals in the neighborhood were kind and helpful and there are very close stores for convenience items. We would definitely recommend and would enjoy staying again!

Alan was very helpful and generous with his time for our stay. His communication was exceptional. Villa Ride will be our "go to" for returning to this beautiful island. It is centrally located to everything. Waking up to this view will make your trip all the more special! We were visiting on the island for my daughter's wedding. This Villa was perfect for my son, his wife and ourselves. There is privacy as well as beautiful common areas. The pool was a plus! Enjoy!

Wow, what an amazing 6 days we had at Villa Yazmin. The location can’t be beat, the house is super clean and exactly as described. Mary has done a fabulous job with all of the mature plantings, surrounding the pool and the two lower palapa’s one midway with a table for 6 which we used each morning while enjoying a coffee then the second one down by the water with a giant sofa to watch the sunset. The bedrooms all have private bathrooms, and are spacious and well appointed. The master has a giant picture window overlooking the ocean. The kitchen has everything you could need or want for cooking at the house, and the outside BBQ was used often during our stay. We will be back, that’s how much we loved Villa Yazmin.

Amazing spot, we loved our stay at this stunning tropical villa in Santa Teresa waking up to breathtaking ocean views each morning was pure magic. Surrounded by lush jungle and thoughtfully designed for comfort, it was the perfect place to unwind and soak up the beauty of Costa Rica.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was beautiful, a great location and perfect for my family. Santa Teresa is a magical place and I can't wait to come back. The hosts were extremely helpful and attentive, helping us with excursions, local info, restaurant recommendations, road closure info, and all our questions. The housekeeper was amazing and even did some laundry. Security at night was a nice addition. As some other people mentioned the house is on a steep hill so I wouldn't consider it easily walkable - but as long as you're aware of that it's totally fine and a great location. The place is pretty dangerous for small children - the yoga deck/patio has a very high, dangerous fall with minimal safety rails that kids could easily pass through - that's not the fault of the hosts just something to note. Maybe consider adding a clear barrier so there's never any accidents there. But overall we loved our stay and would definitely stay again!

AMAZING !!!! 15+ years staying in Airbnb worldwide m and one of the best was just in the patio. House is Amazing !!! Luis the Chef and Sandra the housekeeper make this experience a ⭐ 10 ⭐ Their level of service is one of the best I have ever had.

First off, Mo is amazing—always available, super helpful, and just a great guy all around. He had suggestions for everything we needed. The road in is steep but manageable. A 4x4 is recommended (and worth having in Costa Rica anyway for exploring) We spent two weeks here and didn’t want to leave. Our favorite part of each day was waking up early with coffee and the sounds of the birds. We saw Yellow-throated Toucans, Fiery-billed Aracaris, Scarlet Macaws, Motmots, Parrots, and Parakeets to name a few—best birdwatching is 5–8 a.m. The house is fantastic, very well-stocked (including spices, coffee and more), with great outdoor space and a perfect breeze. We never needed the A/C. The cross breeze through the house is perfectly designed. This is hands down the best place we’ve stayed in Costa Rica. You’ll be blown away when you arrive. Huge thanks to Brendon and Mo, we’ll definitely be back! I really can’t say enough great things about this house. Book it now you will not regret it!

This Airbnb in San Sebastián was nothing short of magical. Tucked away in the lush hills of Puerto Rico, it felt like our own private paradise. It was a crew of us that stayed at Take Five for 3 days for a wellness retreat. The property was beautiful and suitable for relaxation. We were given an early check-in for 10am thanks to ajoanne for being so accommoding to our party. We did meet Jackie finishing up downstairs with cleaning because ahe wasn't aware we had an early check-in but it didnt bother us one h bit. We went upstairs to our rooms and everything was clean, and prepared. Then we went out for a few hours. When we got back we had an issue getting inside but there was a security on property that called her to get assistance - it was a small fix. The code wasn't activated but in a few short minutes the problem was solved. The only other issue we had was while we had our grounding session outside, the guy responsible to mow the lawn was cutting the grass for a few hours and it was a bit disturbing. But everything else was great! Jackie prepared our meals and they were delicious! We'd definitely stay again @ Take Five!

From the breathtaking view to your own private pool, this is one of the best Airbnb you could ever stayed in. The location is amazing as it is nestled within a very quiet neighborhood on the Dutch side. Perfect for our family with three young children with plenty of room to enjoy the beautiful island
