Each 325 sq ft studio has its own entrance within one modern newly constructed building. The hosts live in an adjacent home and are here to help make your entire vacation a memorable one.

King Room - Oceanfront Property

The king room is our smaller economical option at 220 sq. ft. It's made for travelers to save money and doesn't face the ocean. We also have 450 sq. ft. studios & oceanfront suites for just a bit more. We're a small historic boutique hotel in Fort Lauderdale Beach, 60 ft from the ocean. We have a rooftop terrace and 2nd fl terrace. We have free beach gear, free WiFi, and $10+tx/day parking for a small or midsize car. The main guest MUST be 25+ so families don't have to worry about parties.

There is no better place for your Key West stay than Mallory House. This historic circa 1890’s home is located on Duval Street in the Gato Cigar Factory Village. Mallory House is steps away from famous attractions, restaurants, cafés, bars and shops. Stay within close proximity to the Southernmost point and beach, the Hemingway house and lighthouse. Terra Foc, designer boutique hotel and ocean views

Terra Lodge is a small boutique hotel with only two identical rooms: Terra Foc and Terra Aire. The hotel has a private pool exclusively for the guests of these two rooms. Next to the pool there is a "ranch" with kitchen and terrace, where have breakfast (on request $15 per person and includes juice, coffee, fruit plate, eggs, avocado and toast). 4x4 might be needed if it's wet, on the 75 meters ramp to the hotel. Usually it's not.

We have a beautiful patio on the water with trade winds and a panoramic view. Close to town but just outside. A perfect place to "Relax with Us". A communal kitchen is available for use by rooms that do not have their own kitchen.
