Absolutely loved the place. Amazing views and beautiful pool! Would absolutely stay again!

The moment we saw the breathtaking view on the listing my partner and I knew we just had to stay here. The host was very friendly and responsive. The place itself was clean and the photos provided showed exactly what they offered. The bed was so comfortable and the bedding smelled amazing. Although on the smaller side, we weren’t too worried as we were only there for one night. We arrived shortly after check in and spent some time on the deck admiring the view and then when it got darker started the pit. Check in was smooth and easy to follow. Clear instructions were provided for the fire pit and the sauna. Neighborhood was very quiet even in a place as busy as LA. Would definitely stay here again for a quick trip!

Irina was an excellent host and the Airbnb was perfect. The bed and linens was incredibly comfortable. The air conditioner gets as cold as you want it to. The neighborhood is very peaceful, esp in the mornings. In the hills, it's a perfect place to walk around, and the neighbors were friendly. Irina as a host was super responsive and accommodating. Checking in was a breeze and she also helped us with a few requested that weren't listed. The Internet was also very fast. Solid solid spot for the $$

We are really satisfied about the time we spent here, everything was perfect and Monika was extremely friendly and helpful. We asked if we could check-in an hour before and the house was ready two hours before, making everything much easier for us (we had lots of luggage with us). I’m extremely satisfied with John’s beautiful house, and I can say this is the best place I’ve ever stayed in LA among all of my 17 LA trips. My parents were so obsessed with John’s place and they said they wanna stay here forever. John’s place was so clean, bright, and prestige, which was exactly matched with the pictures. John was also being very responsive and friendly (always reply less than 10 mins). Nice place and totally worthy!

Had such an amazing stay in Los Angeles, mainly due to Michael’s place meeting and surpassing expectations. Incredible views of the city and the attention to detail throughout this place made us instantly feel comfortable and at home. From the large comfortable beds, both bathrooms and showers, the home cinema, the kitchen and dining area layout and in the instructions put in place telling us how everything works was a really nice touch from the host. Our host, Michael, was very helpful from the day we reserved to the day we checked out, such a friendly and informative host. Thanks a lot, can’t wait to visit again. Neil & Sandra

This place was convenient to all the spots we wanted to visit. It felt secure with underground parking and nighttime security at the front entrance. The apartment was clean and had all the essentials. It faces a shared garden area where tenants pass by or hang out, so people can see in if the blinds are up—we kept them down and had no issues. I'd definitely stay here again when visiting LA.

I had a great stay at this lovely place in Los Angeles! The location is super convenient — close to restaurants, grocery stores, and public transport. The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the quiet neighborhood and the comfortable bed — perfect after long days exploring the city. Wi-Fi was fast, and everything I needed was provided. Great first stay in LA. Good location close to attractions, Safe and secure parking. Host was responsive and instructions really clear from start to end. Apartment was spacious, clean and exactly as advertised.

This place was really conveniently located and parking was so simple. Usually found a spot right out front. Was very clean and the host was always quick to respond. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Sam's place is exactly what was described. PROS: 1. location- few minutes walk to the Hollywood walk of fame. Few steps away from the bus station. Few minutes away from Ralphs grocery, WeHo mall as well as Mcdonalds and in and out. 2. Kitchen is complete. 3. The apt is clean and well maintained. 4. Sam is responsive at all times. Cons: Can hear the noise from outside which is normal because the apt is along the road. Upstairs unit could be loud esp during early hours but tolerable. Overall, it is worth it. We had a pleasant stay. Thanks Sam.

The apartment is located right in the middle of DTLA, with most major sights within a 20-minute walk. While parts of Broadway and some sections east of it are a bit sketchy, the building itself checks the identity of everyone entering and feels very safe. Parking is in a garage across the street, which also feels safe. The apartment is spacious, with tall ceilings and lots of light. The bedroom isn't fully separate (only a half wall) so it gets light and noise from the main area in the mornings (eye mask and earplugs will be good for the person who sleeps later). The kitchen area is modern, with good counter space and appliances. Giselle and Ali were excellent hosts, very responsive and helpful. They provided lots of local tips and quickly addressed any questions or minor issues.

We had such a wonderful stay in downtown LA. The apartment was spacious with high ceilings, and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook breakfast each morning. It was clean, beautifully designed, and felt so cozy, especially with the antique lamp casting a warm glow at night. I loved how the city lights reflected into the living room and made the evenings feel magical. The rooftop pool and hot tub had amazing views, and we met some great people there. The building felt very safe with on-site security, which we really appreciated. Ali was a fantastic host. He was super responsive and full of great recommendations. My husband, his cousin, and I all loved it and would definitely stay again.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Booked for the rooftop pool view and it did not disappoint. The parking spot was a nice bonus. The unit itself was nice. Comfy bed, big tv, very clean. As others mentioned, it’s very bright; bring an eye mask if you don’t want to be up with the sunrise.

Great roomy two-bedroom in a great location. Easy parking location to the condo. Hope to stay here in the future.

The place was exactly as pictured and very clean. It had everything you need and everything was very well organized and easy to find. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
