This is our second time staying at Rudy’s wonderful home but definitely will not be our last! Rudy is amazing at being an Airbnb host but he’s also such a great man. He’s so helpful and kind. We really love this home and getting to know Rudy more and more with every visit. Steven’s place was fantastic! He was extremely responsive and flexible with both check-in and check-out, which was so helpful while traveling with kids. We stayed over Memorial Day weekend with our two small children and a dog, and his home was incredibly accommodating. The large backyard with a fire pit was perfect for making s’mores and spending evenings outside. The place was spotless - clean and tidy in every way. It was a wonderful stay for the whole family, and we’d happily come back again.

very charming century old home with hardwood floors & doors and with the addition of modern amenities 🥰 Everything needed was already thought of by the Host & Hostess such as plenty of cooking utensils for all types (grill, stove top, oven, microwave, toaster) & thoughtful provision of 2 different coffee makers, kettle for tea plus 2 cold beverage pitchers. we used this location as a central base to do day trips to Boston, Hartford/New Haven & New York City & spend time exploring marine life on the beach ⛱️

Claudia is a wonderful and responsive host, who sent us helpful information and recommendations of area restaurants. Her home is so cozy and immaculate, with special touches throughout. It’s also in the heart of Fairfield, within minutes of anywhere in town. We’ll certainly be back!

wonderful location across the street from the beach, and a 15-25 minute drive up to new haven, where my family was attending a college reunion. we had a little trouble finding the air mattress for my 10 year old who did not want to share with his sister, but it worked out. tandem parking backs out into a not-busy street. stores within 10 minutes, and a deli nearby for BECs

We had a wonderful stay at Greg’s house in Fairfield. We were down for the weekend to celebrate my nephew’s high school graduation. The house was spotless, had all the necessities and more, and in a great location. Easy to walk to town, playground, etc. The deck was spacious and the fully fenced in yard was perfect since we had our dog with us. Loved the basketball hoop and mini driveway court as well! Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

A wonderful little house with a great location - right next to east rock if you want a walk and a stone’s throw from east rock market for coffee and restaurants and Mactivity for a gym!

Spacious home with a nice outside area. Enjoyed coffee with birds and bunnies. Will stay here again.

This place is absolutely gorgeous. I spent quite a bit of time just exploring the grounds with my dog. It was too cold to use the pool but it was still beautiful to look at and a nice view while I was cooking/washing dishes. I appreciate the tour I received when I arrived to show me around. I would definitely recommend this place and hope to book again in the future.

The pool house is so cute and the outdoor patio is gorgeous and the perfect place to relax. Great place to stay if you want to stay near New Haven but also want to enjoy quiet away from the city. Sue is a responsive and very generous host!

This house was perfect for my family to stay for the weekend so we could attend a family wedding. Wish the weather was nicer so we could have enjoyed the pool on our down time. But house was perfect!! Soo cute and Glenda responded very fast. She was so helpful! I would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone!!

We had a lovely stay! The home was exactly as pictured — beautifully maintained with charming indoor and outdoor spaces. The pool was great, though unfortunately the weather didn’t quite cooperate during our visit. The location was also a big plus — close to so many great restaurants and shopping options. The Karleen and Kim were wonderful — kind, responsive, and clearly a lovely family. We felt very welcome and would absolutely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway.

Allana was very easy to work with. Always answered back quickly no matter the time. Open concept and everyone was able to be together. It was a rainy stay so had to be inside. No one minded. Nicely set up for games or conversations. Thank you so much!!

Jim’s place was an absolute gem for my inaugural trip to Black Rock! The Loft is incredibly spacious and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a perfect stay. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the meticulous cleanliness, attention to detail, and beautiful furnishings. Jim's communication was top-notch, making the entire experience seamless. One of the highlights was the extensive music collection, perfect for setting the mood during my downtime. The bed and furniture provided a level of comfort that made it hard to leave. Nestled on a serene, tree-lined street, the location couldn’t be better; it’s just a leisurely stroll away from delightful restaurants, charming shops, food markets, and more. I can’t wait to return for another stay whenever I’m in the area!

We we’re going to Port Jefferson for a family wedding. Our Airbnb was perfectly situated. There is a pool area that we never used because we just didn’t have time. But it looked very inviting. The town of Port Jefferson had plenty of nice restaurants and shops. This house was perfect for our situation. We had six adults, all family members.

Loved staying here! This place has so much sunlight and is really clean and spacious. They also have great appliances and all you need to make a home cooked meal. Jarret was responsive and even accommodated an extension that I requested. Highly recommend!

Very nice place but only one bathroom

Hands-down one of the most beautiful airbnb I’ve ever had the fortune of staying at! Every detail - from the floor mat to the picnic basket to the window placement - was perfection. The little creek and vegetal labyrinth nearby was also such a treat. Heather and Chip were very responsive and flexible. The place is pretty conveniently located, with grocery shops and restaurants within a ten-minute drive, though I would recommend checking in before it gets too dark since the house is a little hard to find.

This place is one I highly recommend when visiting this area. Everything was amazing and the host is very respectful of the space. I will definitely be booking this place again.

This was the perfect spot for an overnight trip! The apartment was clean & stocked with everything you might need during the stay. Parking was available right down the street & it was within walking distance to the Hartford Healthcare Amphitheater!

We had a wonderful experience! We traveled to New Haven for a concert. It was only a 15 minute drive from the home. The Airbnb had everything we needed such as extra towels, snacks, and even a homemade candle, which smells lovely. Ryan was quick to respond and made sure we had everything. I would book with them again.

I booked the stay at the last minute, and Jonathan was incredibly kind and quick to respond, which I truly appreciated. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at ease. His place is absolutely lovely.... quiet, safe, and spotless. Everything was so clean and fresh, and I especially loved the soft, pleasant scent in the room. It gave such a cozy and relaxing feeling. The view from the room was beautiful and peaceful—one of those little details that makes a big difference. I honestly wish we had more time to enjoy everything the space had to offer, but we were only in New Haven briefly for a friend’s wedding. The bed was incredibly comfortable—so much so that I fell asleep right away and woke up feeling completely rested. Every detail, from the cleanliness to the quiet atmosphere, made our short stay feel truly special. Thank you, Jonathan, for going above and beyond and making this a wonderful experience!
