Vacation rentals with a kayak in West End

We had a wonderful time at Turtle Casa, it was exactly what we were looking for, not separate hotel rooms but an environment where we could be with family and enjoy some private time as well. Our whole family really enjoyed the stay. The house really is beautiful. Very happy with the amazing hospitality provided by Marnie and her crew. Will definitely pass down the information to family and friends.

This beautiful house was just the escape we needed - private, quiet, great neighbors, and a never ending supply of things to do! We had issues with hot water and the vehicle, but Vanessa was extremely responsive and was able to get both issues resolved. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Vanessa!

La casa es mucho más linda de lo que muestran las fotos. Es súper cómoda, acogedora, la decoración de estilo marítimo es perfecta. La galería trasera tiene un mosquitero que permite disfrutar de desayunos y comidas sin ser molestado por los mosquitos. La piscina del complejo es maravillosa, con una cascada y un pequeño yacuzzi arriba. Cruzando la ruta está la playa con reposeras y otros servicios. Las anfitrionas estuvieron siempre al pendiente de nuestro confort. Está muy cerca de sandy bay, de west bay y de west end. Volvimos maravilladas con Roatan y la casa Magnolia. Sin dudas repetiremos porque es mágico.

Mi familia y yo viajamos con cierta frecuencia, por lo que hemos podido estar en muchos airbnbs, (los preferimos por precio y comodidades sobre hoteles) y concordamos que este fue el MEJOR en relación precio-calidad, el lugar es ESPECTACULAR, a pocos metros de una playa semiprivada, en las instalaciones puedes caminar cerca de un manglar con unas vistas impresionantes y relajarte. Como si eso fuera poco Leyla es quizás la mejor anfitriona que hemos tenido, indico quizás porque han habido otros maravillosos, pero para ser justo sino es la mejor esta entre los mejores. GRACIAS LEYLA, por toda la comunicación y ayuda. SUPER RECOMENDADO.

Our group of 6 had a fantastic time. We loved both the home and the location. Al was great at communicating. Highlights for us were Manawakie Eco Nature Park, Roatan Brewing Company, Snorkeling in front of Kimpton, Café de Palo for breakfast, two for one drinks at Bananarama after 3p, Lobster Pot for dinner, walking the beach, great sunsets. We’ve been to a number of places in the Caribbean and we enjoyed Roatan more than the others. Everyone, locals and seasonal "locals", were all super friendly. The Pink Orchid is located at the far northeast end of West Bay, probably the quietest part of West Bay-West End. It's close enough you can get to everything on that end of the island without a car. However if you want to see the rest of the island get a car and explore.

This house is a great place to stay! We stayed with 3 small children and 4 adults. It is really nice having the bedrooms, living room, and kitchen area all enclosed in an air conditioned space so we could handle kids naps and bedtimes but still socialize with the adults later. The beach is amazing and calm. The snorkeling nearby is outstanding and the included kayaks make it easy to visit the many coral reefs within 5-10 minutes. Lots of snorkels and fins are available for use at the house. The easiest way to access West Bay and West End are by water taxi; just wave one down from the beach or a nearby dock and its usually $5 per person (adults) and kids were free but it is negotiable with the boat captains. Having 2 potable water sources, the fridge and another freestanding unit was very nice and more large water jug replacements were always available downstairs. This is a great place to stay!

Our stay at this house was simply spectacular. The architecture is stunning, with spacious and comfortable areas perfect for resting and relaxing. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos. A true highlight was the breathtaking ocean view and the privilege of snorkeling right in front of the house—an unforgettable experience. We also want to highlight Giuseppe’s attention and kindness. He was always cheerful, helpful, and extremely responsive to all our questions. He made sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. Without a doubt, it was a wonderful experience that we would love to repeat.

Perfect location for an out of the busyness of life retreat. Excellent access to our favorite dive shop at Marble Hill. Truly gracious, helpful, and caring hosts. And Daisy is an awesome dog! Will be happy to return, but will get a 4x4 to be ready for rain and muddy roads. Hosts provided both car and boat rides to take care of of our needs.

Our stay at Casa Caribe was great! The view is absolutely breathtaking. 180°+ view of the ocean. It is truly indescribable. the grounds are beautifully done and well-tended with tons of tropical plants and flowers. It was super easy to kayak out to the mangroves and to the reef for snorkeling which was a wonderful experience! The hospitality is top notch too. Chris was super communicative and gave wonderful suggestions for places to visit. He even made reservations for us to make it easier. Banuel is the caretaker and he is so wonderful. He is there for absolutely anything you need at all and he is truly happy to serve guests. He also has great knowledge of the island and tells great stories! They truly take all the stress out of the vacation by having everything you could want or need. And they are willing to get for you anything they may not have. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience. It was beautiful, restful, relaxing, and fun! If you are going to Roatan, this is the place to stay!

Lara’s Dream is right on the water of course and plenty of snorkeling if you’re up for a bit of walking through some shallows. There are dive boats at the reef a few hundred yards away every day. The house is simple and comfortable with basic kitchen items and appliances. The bedroom has AC which is very nice @ night. We spent most of the daylight hours on the balcony overlooking the sea. Lenora is the house manager, she is a gem! Picked us up at the airport and dropped us off at the airport for a modest fee. Both Lenora and Laraine were super communicative at all times. Laraine provided a lot of really helpful information as well. We did scuba diving roommate, it some really nice restaurants, nearby, and walking distance . I’m also a bird watcher and hired a local bird guide to show me around the island and he showed me some incredible birds that I never would’ve found on my own . We had a really nice time and will likely come back someday I recommend Laura’s dream.

We really enjoyed our stay here and cant wait to come back. The setting is quiet, peaceful and truly a paradise. It is more beautiful than pictures can capture. Sarita and Kelly were available to help whenever we needed and checked in daily. We loved everything about it and felt we got a taste of the island we havent experienced anywhere else.

Our stay at casa cowee was absolutely amazing. We loved staying here as opposed to the more crowded west end although we did have a car to easily get around. At first I was worried about AC only in the bedroom but it was actually perfect. We had that room to cool off if needed and the rest of the space is always breezy. The pools were wonderful to have as well. Suzanne is a great host, very communicative and helpful, and having jose on the property made us feel reassured and well taken care of. I would most definitely stay here again.

Turtle Beach was exactly what I was looking for. All the rooms are so unique and each one with its own outdoor space, or screened in porch! We ended up in the Seahorse unit which was perfect for 2 people. Large screened porch w a hammock, table and chairs and a small lounging couch w glimpses of the ocean! Full kitchen and a comfortable King bed! Cannot say enough about how beautiful the grounds, paths, pools, beach and dock are are! The location is what really makes a difference. You are nestled in between West End and West Bay, so everything is quiet, but for a quick $5 water taxi you can be in the heart of it all in minutes. There are 4 different restaurants you can walk to as well! Nice group of rocks out front to snorkel. This place had it all! We will definitely be returning!!!!! ❤️😎❤️

I can't say enough good things about this place. I never wanted to leave. it was beautiful, private, peaceful, functional and close to everything I wanted to do. I didn't need to turn on the AC at all as the wrap around porch and cross breezes made it super comfortable despite the hot temps. the hammock on the dock was amazing. Paul, Maria, Carlos etc went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met. Don't hesitate to book.

Rosalina and Sonny are amazing hosts! They picked us up from the airport and brought us back after our stay. This is above and beyond what many hosts do. The cabin had a clean and cozy feel. Very clean considering the sand and being right on the water. The kayaks were available to use, no fee. We had a lovely stay in paradise. It’s a beautiful location and private.
