Vacation rentals with beach access in West End

Mark was very responsive to all inquiries and very helpful with suggestions. The house is in an excellent location if you want to be away from all the hustle of the West end, but at the same time only 5 minutes drive away. There's a couple nice restaurants a short walk down the beach and also dive and snorkel places as well. All the bedrooms had a/c so we slept comfortably and it was very quiet and peaceful. There was plenty of complimentary drinks on arrival which we thoroughly enjoyed. The house was full of amenities so we needed nothing to have a wonderful stay.

It was an absolutely pleasure to stay at Tatyana place. She was so responsive and pleasant to deal with , when we arrived and until check out. It was our first time on the island we felt comfortable as if we were home .The place itself is a gem :) ! You are literally across the street from the beach . Highly recommend!!!!!!!

We enjoyed our 1 week stay at Mel’s place. It had all the basic necessities we needed for our stay. It is about a 2 minute walk from the beach and restaurants in West Bay. It is also located in a small strip mall with a grocery store and coffee shop. Communication was good and check-in/check-out was smooth. Good value for the price.

The property itself is stunning, the florals and greenery were just incredible. The views were exquisite. We spent most of our time on our balcony or in the palapa. The location was perfect, a short walk to all the fun the west end has to offer. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful place! Had a wonderful stay with friends!

First of all, the communication was awesome. Vanessa is very responsive and accommodating. She made sure I had everything I needed. And, when I had an issue with the AC in the second bedroom, she jumped right on it and got it fixed (on Saturday). The condo is very nice and very close to the beach, bars and restaurants. Easy walk as the entire West End, for the most part, is level (at least from this condo). I also appreciated the fact that I didn't have to lug my bags up stairs. Would definitely stay here again.

Spent 8 days enjoying this apartment. Loved that security is downstairs at all times and friendly, making sure everyone is safe when coming and going. Great AC and plenty of hot water, loved being able to wash clothes whenever. WiFi was fast and free Netflix to enjoy after a long day in the water. Area was very quiet at night and super quick walk around the corner to the beach. Definitely had a wonderful vacation :)

Michael was a fantastic host and his home was clean, well-equipped and located in a beautiful area of Roatan. We enjoyed the resort’s amenities and the surrounding area; plenty of dining, snorkeling/diving, beachfront & activity options. We would definitely recommend Michael’s place & would love to return ourselves:)

This place is perfect at a great price. Our primary goal was to scuba dive at Sundivers which was just a couple blocks away. Chris was very responsive to a minor concern and immediately dealt with the issue. I was honestly surprised how fast given being on an island. We would definitely recommend staying here. Plenty of space and all the things you will need.

This place was clean and walking distance from the beach, restaurants, and mini market. Apart from a excellent property, the host was accomodating and very responsive. During our stay we experienced "Hurricane Sara", this property kept my family safe! I love it here. I'm definitely coming back!

Dwayne was very helpful and friendly at check in, and the house and property were as described. We stayed with our two boys (10, 12) and felt safe with the locked gates. Bed was comfortable and the boys reported that both futons were very comfortable as well. We really enjoyed being able to use the kayak and SUP. Killer beachfront sunset views right from the porch! Washing machine was a definite plus when traveling with kids. Easy walk to the excellent 314 for coffee or Dragonfly Sushi. Would recommend staying here!

The house was beautiful, comfortable for our family, close to the beach and restaurants. We went to my son's wedding. I'm really grateful to have chosen their house. Lana helped us and recommended many places, Outdoor space was also wonderful and enjoyable, the pool was clean , we enjoy afternoon in the pool The house is well located at walking distance of all the action in West bay beach (4 min walk) ... we felt safe run Fosters West Bay Resort restaurant and bar was amazing we spend the day eating and drinking there at the beach Milton was amazing at the restaurant make us feel welcome ... We were happy on staying here and will certainly come back .

This home was amazing. We felt like we were on an island all by ourselves. So secluded, so many rooms, pool was huge and the place was breathtaking!!! I can’t wait to go back!! The staff was incredible!! So helpful and fun!! The food was also delicious!! It was a perfect week!! Thanks for sharing your home!!

We loved the Mermaid House for its beauty, location, beach snorkeling, walking distance to West Bay and West End, the dock, the deck with pool, the beautiful landscaping, macaws, and other tropical birds...it was a lovely, peaceful and fun place to stay for our week in Roatan. Melissa connected us with locals, who quickly became friends. They picked us up at the airport, took us out on a boat to go out snorkeling, took us out to see the Sloths and Iguanas, and a wonderful chef who came out and cooked an amazing meal for us. Melissa made our trip a wonderfull experience of the sights and tastes of Roatan and those who call it home.

Every morning we brought our breakfast to a patio overlooking the Caribbean. Gentle lapping water and a quiet stretch of beach- it doesn't get much better than this. It was a comfortable little apartment, with top notch dining and diving within a few hundred feet in either direction. The host, Zorro, was great, friendly, with lots of advice and perspective. We'll be back. :)

Stephane came out to meet us when we arrived, and was great with communication throughout our stay. Even extended check out time for us! The house was very clean and smelled good upon arrival. All the basic necessities are provided. The beds were sooo comfortable. (And I’m picky!) Location is fantastic! Right on the main west end drag, between two amazing restaurants. Not beach front, but within walking distance. Our kids loved it and especially enjoyed catching the little crabs that come out at night. Thanks again for hosting us and being so accommodating!

Pros: Spacious, fully equipped, beautiful pool, great location, private bedrooms with full baths on either end of condo, very functional kitchen, nice BBQ, 3 balconies and outdoor seating, comfortable furniture and beds, great wi-fi, nice laundry facilities. Cons: Noise from barking dogs, light all night from service office, construction noise from 3 nearby villas, floor grouting old. We were very comfortable during our stay and would recommend this rental to others. Would also recommend Reef Gliders as a diver operator. Easy walk to their operation.

We had a great week at this condo! Vanessa was extremely responsive to all questions. She arranged our pick up at the airport which was very helpful. The condo was spacious for our family of four and the pool was a great amenity. We loved taking a water taxi to the Mayan Princess in West Bay to enjoy the beach and pool. Snorkeling was amazing right off the beach! The condo was a short walk to all of the great restaurants in West End. There are a lot of steps to get up to the condo so keep that in mind if you have mobility issues. Like some others said, the linens & decor could use a refresh but overall we had a great stay and would recommend.

Great place. Mellisa recommendations were awesome! We had a great time and would love to go back someday. Jacksons dive shop is a 1 minute walk up the road. They were fantastic. Mellisa also recommended a driver, Marco. He was the best and we never needed a rental car.

Bills place is beautiful and so well equipped. We had amazing coffee, every spice and kitchen utensil, towels. Cold cups- cooler- way more than expected. The views were incredible, great restaurants within walking distance- definitely no car needed. We will definitely be back- nice pool and so responsive- really wonderful experience!

Staying at Wanda’s place was a great experience. The 2 bed, 2 bath condo was spacious, clean, and comfortable with plenty of room to relax. We especially loved having a full kitchen to cook breakfast and prep snacks throughout the day. The view overlooking the pool was a bonus and made mornings even more peaceful. Would definitely stay here again!

Would recommend and would stay again when we come back!

The best vacation rental we could have found on all of Roatán!

MANGROVE DOCK!… a gem hidden away in West End! We have been to Roatan several times and stayed in different places. We decided to try a place in West End where we could walk to “town”. Mangrove Dock was perfect. A quarter mile walk to the best baleadas! Less than a half mile walk to the other places to eat. Lovely property very well kept unit nice swimming pool and a beautiful dock to look at nature. One big point was the patio, we were on the second floor was shaded most of the day with a lovely lovely breeze. If you want to relax and have a nice place to stay, this is it! Caroline is the perfect host. Very helpful with her instructions and directions and easily available for any questions. Highly recommend! ❤️
