Fleur Cottage is a 400y.o. cottage situated in a traditional Whitby gated courtyard just off bustling Flowergate. Walk out of the door and into the heart of Whitby with all its historic sights, quirky charm and vintage shops. There’s no better location! As with 95% of Whitby’s historic cottages, you cant park onsite but we offer free parking nearby. There are plenty of pay car parks & non restricted zones 5-10 mins away. Demeter Cottage is a traditional fisherman's cottage located in White Horse Yard, behind the cobbled streets in the heart of the old town. Its just a stone's throw from the beach, harbour, shops and restaurants/bars, but tucked away for peace and quiet. Sleeping up to 4 guests, featuring a kitchen and cosy living area with fire; together with a private outdoor space to catch the afternoon sun. Access is via a few flights of steps, so may not be suitable for people with mobility difficulty.

199 steps, Incredible location, beautiful cottage

The Shoemakers Cottage has undoubtedly one of the best locations in Whitby right at the bottom of the 199 steps tucked in a quiet alley off the cobbled street. A small but cosy romantic cottage over 3 floors close to the harbour, the abbey and very close to Tate Hill Beach. BBQ and picnic basket set provided. Romantic victorian freestanding bath in the main bedroom. Arrival is down the busy cobbled church street. Best location. On-street parking scratch card provided in the W zone 10min walk.
