Monthly Rentals in West Bountiful

We stayed at Nephi's place in North Salt Lake. Since we were there for medical procedure at the University of Utah this location was perfect. the drive to the university was only 20 minutes. the neighborhood is safe and friendly. The view from the deck is awesome! We found this home to be clean, sanitized and ready for arrival. Being able to park in a garage nightly added to the security as family members came and went both day and night. The master bedroom, bathroom and closet are huge. Our host, Nephi, communicated regularly to ensure that we were comfortable and that the unit was not having any problems. The front room and family room adjoin, providing plenty of room as family came for visits. The kitchen was large with a gas range, ample counter space and plenty of cabinets to place pantry items. The stackable washer and dryer are easy to use and did a good job for us. Nights were quiet. This home has three bedrooms and two baths. it is perfect weather used daily/ weekly or mthly.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, peaceful, and truly felt like a home away from home. It had everything we needed and even accommodated our kids perfectly, which made the trip so much easier. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing, and the space was comfortable and well-stocked. Wow, this is probably the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at! My wife and I lived here for almost 4 months, and it was the first home for our newborn twins. I couldn’t have picked a better place! The location is amazing — 2 minutes to the highway, across from Texas Roadhouse, Five Guys, and lots of restaurants. Costco is a minute away, and Smith’s, Target, and Walmart are 5 minutes by car. Parking is super convenient, and the apartment is very quiet with friendly neighbors. The place is spotless, just like the photos, and fully stocked with everything you need — soap, laundry detergent, trash bags, towels, and more. The kitchen is fully equipped, and they even provide fragrance-free detergents for sensitive guests. The windows face a quiet courtyard, and we slept so well every night. We didn’t need to contact Trinette much, but when we did, she always replied quickly. I loved every moment here and highly recommend it — don’t hesitate to book!

Coulter’s place was great for me. Great base to get out and explore around Salt Lake City. The home was clean, and neighborhood is quiet. I’d absolutely recommend it.
