House vacation rentals in West Betuwe

We look back on a lovely week in Huis Ewijk. We have 3 labradors (13.5 , 11 and 5 years) and a complete and solid fenced garden is therefore very important to us and that is definitely the case here. The house is very beautiful, tastefully and cozily decorated, exactly as in the pictures. Really everything has been thought of, really nothing is missing here to be able to make it a nice holiday. Upon entering the house, we were immediately pleasantly surprised by all kinds of delicacies on the table and in the fridge that Justin and Carleen (nice and attentive hosts) had prepared. Besides, not only we were surprised, there were also sweets ready for the doggies and 3 delicious pillows. The beds (really good nice beds) were already made and there are plenty of towels ready. The windows are easy to black out with roller blinds and there are mosquito screens everywhere. In any case, it is worth repeating for us, we'd love to come back again!

Nice place, nice cottage, everything has been thought of. Good communication with Kimmie. It's great that the beds are made. Park is quite cramped, but with a lovely spacious backyard.

Communication with Saskia & Kevin was super friendly and uncomplicated from the beginning. She/he was always quickly available and even gave us some great tips for the area. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely be back! Thank you for this great experience!

Marcel is a great host who takes care of his guests. He is available when needed. The apartment is very nice, quiet and peaceful. Everything that is needed for å week or weekend is there and the outdoor area is beautiful.

Beautiful apartment. We enjoyed the time there very much and enjoyed hiking with our four-legged friends. The lake was about 10 minutes away, where both we and the dogs could swim. The garden was fenced and big enough for our dog and us. The hot tub was very comfortable. All appliances work perfectly and there is a great cookbook in the kitchen. I'd be happy to come back

Sofa that sits comfortably.T.V available . Great bed, nicely made... sleeps fine, with bathroom en suite. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel provided. Private terrace. The apartment is 150 meters from a supermarket (lidl) The old town center of the fortified city is by bike (which you can also borrow from Kim for free) about 10 minutes by bike. Very nice to cycle to restaurant De Stroming (on the water), for a snack and a drink. Or walk through the old town. Folder with all kinds of tips available. Noise from walking on the upper floor can be disturbing as long as you annoy you. We haven't been bothered by that.

The house was large and spacious, just as shown in the photos. The estate itself is also very large. That's why I'm surprised by the statements about the audible festivities. We felt almost alone. It was very idyllic. If you like to go for walks, hear the birds chirping and enjoy sunrises and sunsets, this is the place to be.

An absolutely wonderful stay! The house exudes a special warmth and attention to detail – you can immediately see how much passion Trudy and Dirk have put into it. Everything was not only sparkling clean, but also tastefully and cozily furnished. The combination of historic flair and modern comfort is perfect. The location in the quiet, charming village of Asperen is ideal to unwind – at the same time, you can quickly reach cities such as Utrecht or Rotterdam by car. The small garden, where we could spend many relaxing hours, was also particularly beautiful. Trudy and Dirk were incredibly warm, helpful and attentive – we felt completely welcome. Wonderful stay in the beautiful Betuwe. Beautiful location and you can do many things if you like nature. In addition, you are in a central place and you are quickly in Utrecht or Den bosch if you want to look up the city.

We had a truly wonderful time at this beautiful house while celebrating my mother's 60th birthday. It's a great place to bring the family together for a relaxing weekend.

We were away for a weekend with friends and had a great time. The cottage is great anyway! The location too. Kim and her husband are friendly, helpful and always available. Woudrichem is a beautiful little fortress town. Would you like to dine there? Then make a reservation. The choice of restaurants is limited. Supermarkets within walking distance, also convenient! We used the barbecue at the cottage. Go out with the ferry. Very nice!

Absolutely beautiful place. Clean, cosy and everything you need is there. Mattheus is quick to answer any question we had. Super place and easy walking through Zaltbommel from the house. Great little shops and restaurants on walking distance. We will be back.

My six friends and I had a very nice weekend at this location. It is thoughtfully decorated and contains good facilities (everything works well). The rooms are spacious and the common area is cozy. We had very nice weather and could sit outside, BBQ, table tennis and a ball. Nearby are beautiful walks to take. Top location! And Henriette is very friendly and ensures a warm welcome.
