It was a truly pleasant and homely stay for my parents and our dog. The place had a warm, welcoming vibe that made them feel right at home. We really appreciated how pet-friendly and comfortable everything was. Definitely recommending this lovely spot to others!

I recently stayed at a charming Airbnb in jadavpur, and it was a delightful experience! The cozy, well-decorated space felt like a home away from home, with a comfy bed, spotless bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. The host was incredibly responsive, providing clear check-in instructions. The location was perfect—quiet yet close to south city mall. Highly recommend this gem for a relaxing getaway!

A nice little stay at darjeeling away from Hustle and bustle of the main town where it was congested. Aswath helped to make us confortable from day 1 and he even helped book a taxi for our sightseeing. He suggested places to see and was very responsive for all my questions. On day 1, he even got my zomato delivery since it took me time to reach the place. When I need to take a printout , he took me to another homestay that had a printer. The place is quite far from town and we have to walk to mall road using the bylanes to reach the top, which takes around 20 mins. But once you reach mall road, we can find a host of restaurants and shops. The view from the airbnb is awesome. My daughter got sick with food poisoning and she soiled the sheets. Aswath was very accommodative and suggested medicines to buy for her and showed genuine concern. Even after leaving place, he kept checking on us whether we reached safely. I would highly recommend Aswaths place.

Nice living room...Cool atmosphere

In the morning, the view of Happy Valley Tea Estate right from the room was an incredible experience in itself! ❤ During the evening Darjeeling city lights up with all it's glory and again we witnessed that beauty! ❤ This place will never keep you bored at any given point of the time! We ordered dinner and it was delicious too. What else do we need at such an amazing place!! Totally worth it and Recommended. ⭐

Old kolkata charm meets modern amenities while keeping it rooted to bong culture. Loved the property, absolutely impeccable service and the terrace is like a safe space, a peace haven. Everything was so close and convenient, the location is really good.

Kasturi is an amazing host. Very responsive and helpful. Property was extremely clean and spacious. All the amenities provided are exactly as listed and were in perfectly working condition. Very conveniently located with lots of restaurants, Coffee shops, Jodhpur Bazar, grocery stores all within walkable distance. Even the South city Mall is within 10/ 12 minutes walk from this BNB. Maid Service was excellent. Altogether we had a very pleasant stay at Kasturi’s BNB and would plan our future stays at this property.

I had an amazing experience staying at this property! Swaroop was incredibly friendly, helpful, and responsive from the very beginning. He went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect for my stay and even offered great local tips that made my trip extra special. The property itself is stunning—clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. It’s clear that a lot of care and attention goes into maintaining it. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it feel like a true home away from home. This place has an old world charm and Atrayee ensured that our stay was comfortable and nice. The caretaker poshupoti da was very cooperative as well. The place is located at a convenient location. Plenty of eating options around. Commuting to and fro is quite easy as well as this is located conveniently. We loved our stay and will definitely visit again.

The place is beautiful - a bit old looking architecture but spotless clean. They will provide you the entire full with basic kitchen setup as well. beautiful garden to sit if you can do something about mosquitos outside. You may need sometime to figure out your way to main road ( do not go by maps and you will find a better way which is not mentioned in map). They will arrange toto pick up drop and for sightseeing if you want them to. Good place to stay with family - can accomodate upto 5 people. One bed room has ac other has fan. Rooms have high ceiling and thick walls so are cool in summer. Accessibility wise it is good, all key locations are within 10km range and accessible by toto. they provide complimentary breakfast

We had a fantastic stay at Soma Mam’s place! The home was exactly as described—clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, with easy access to local transportation. The check-in process was smooth and communication with the host was excellent throughout. Soma mam were there to greet us on arrival. Kitchen is equipped with utensils and basic groceries of course you can take it on from there ..….. all other basic amenities were provided. Property was cleaned daily and has beautiful décor. Markets and grocery stores are at walkable distance. We really had a comfortable stay it was a true home away from home for us in total Bengali pocket. (A wonderful experience ) Would definitely stay here again during Druga Pooja and highly recommend it to anyone visiting south Kolkata looking to unwind.

The best part was it's location - easily accessible from all the tourist spots. The place was very cosy and apt for a family stay. It just felt like another home! Amenities like, television, airconditioners, washing machine, Fully functional kitchen made us feel really comfortable. It had a few good restaurants and a cafe too at a walking distance. Easy delivery by Zomato and blink it. You could easily book a uber too. Also, the host was very responsive and we would definitely recommend this place to whoever visiting Kolkata next!

In one word it was a splendid stay indeed , from location to to home amenities everything was just spot on l. Host communicated very well in our entire stay. I must mention shalinee’s mom who went extra mile to make sure we are comfortable during our entire stay, i had a small chitchat with her as well , she is a very sweet person to have a conversation with. The first thing that stood out was the immaculate cleanliness and the thoughtful attention to detail in every corner—from the tasteful décor to the well-organized kitchen and bath essentials. It truly felt like a home curated with care. A special mention must go to the lovely collection of books available—an absolute delight for anyone who enjoys reading in a cozy setting. Binay, the house staff, deserves a heartfelt thank you. He was always responsive, courteous, and made our stay incredibly smooth with his quiet efficiency. One small suggestion: the refrigerator could use an upgrade to match the high standards of the rest of the house.
