Value for money! My first experience with Xanadu Airbnb and it was awesome! Excellent property, responsive host! Great stay, looking forward to visit again!

I had a wonderful one-week stay at this Airbnb apartment. The space was incredibly spacious, peaceful, and impeccably clean and tidy, making it the perfect home away from home. It had all the necessary amenities, which made my stay comfortable and hassle-free. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing, adding to the overall sense of peace. A special mention to the host—extremely friendly and responsive throughout my stay. Any questions or needs were addressed promptly, and they made sure I felt welcome and taken care of. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and well-maintained stay! Would definitely come back.

Cute and clean property in a very desirable location. The apartment is in a clean condition. For longer stays, and for foodies & chefs, additional utensils will be needed! The property is close to markets and great restaurants & a stone’s throw from ITC Sonar & Royal. Shimishon, the caretaker is the coolest caretaker you can find! He takes great care of you during the stay. Definitely a place I would consider staying again when the need arises.

location is right in the heart of Park street. still quiet as it's ticked in a bit. numerous great restaurants near by. museum is close too. very spacious rooms. beds are a bit creeky. great for groups.

Shout out to Aparna for being a great host- gracious, responsive and helpful. Everything is as described. Kitchen is provided with enough utensils and gadgets to facilitate cooking for a small group. Whole place has been done up in a pleasant manner. Special mention of the swing in the balcony. The support staff were quite helpful and unobtrusive, provided amenities when requested. It is located in a peacful neighbourhood, Axis mall is a short walk away. Most other places including Salt Lake are just 15 minutes away.

It was a wonderful experience staying at Debjani Ma'am’s place. The house was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. If you're looking to escape the noise and chaos of the city, this is the perfect getaway. The location is very private, and Debjani Aunty was incredibly warm and helpful throughout our stay. While the place is a bit far from the main city, reaching it is not a problem at all—Uber and the metro make commuting easy and convenient. Plus, all major delivery apps work seamlessly here. Overall, it was an amazing stay, and we would absolutely love to visit again!

I stayed at Saumen and Supriti's house for a week and had a wonderful time. The house is lovely, and large, and gets a lot of natural light. It has three full sized bedrooms and can easily accommodate 6 people. A highlight for me was being able to have breakfast on the upstairs balcony. The house is located in a lovely area on Ranchi Road, and is about a 10 minute walk to Saheb Bandh. Supriti's friend let me in, and picked up keys, and even checked in on me when I was unwell! The hosts arranged for their cook to come and make food for me (and but vegetables/groceries) at a small charge. I had a wonderful time, and would love to stay again!

it,s a very nice place to stay for a limited period. if one more washroom is added it would be a great to stay. location is very nice and in the heart of the city. very good restaurants are around this home. not very far from Airport and Rly stn. finally host is very good and responsible. I would like to stay whenever chance is available.

Down to our last breath along our stay, it was very peaceful....very comfortable & remarkable stay, awesome ambiance and extremely helpful and kind host. Every amenities were clean, never felt like we are staying at an Airbnb, it felt more like home. Very open minded and always ready to help host with an awesome response time. Smooth check-in and check-out, very quite environment, well lit rooms and had many decors with ambient lightings too. Basically an awesome stay to take a breather away from the commotion of Kolkata's city life.

this is most probably the best sty in Kolkata, absolutely amazing from cheak in process to kitchen ,lights clean bathroom, great ambiance everything. we are going to revisite this place

I had a wonderful stay at this homestay. The place was neat, well maintained, and beautifully decorated. All the necessary facilities were available, making the stay very comfortable. A special thanks for the lovely anniversary decoration - it was done on such short notice and truly made the occasion memorable. I absolutely loved it and would highly recommend this place! The host was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout.

Simply felt like a home away from home. Started off with a wonderful check-in experience, received a very warm welcome. They were always available for any help we required and always fulfilled all our requests. The food was great and had variety. The place was just as described in the listing and matched the photos as shown, with squeaky clean interiors, washroom and linens. They also went beyond just being a host and understood that we felt cooler due to the weather and provided us with warm water for drinking and hot water bags to warm the bed at night. The place is also at a great location at the heart of Mall, so be it hiring cabs for local sight seeing or restaurants it was always at finger tips. It’s opposite to the iconic Keventer’s hotel and very near to Glenary’s. Loved the overall experience and would definitely visit again.

It was a delightful experience from hassle free ,warm chcek in to quick check out. Facilities were exactly what are shown in the photos. Host was always eager to help from finding good breakfast, laundery services,replenishment of consumables, getting the house cleaned etc. Mr .Pankaj was very forthcoming and walked extra mile make the stay comfortable. There are good walking path around the lagoon and snack centres to make morning walks pleasurable. Would love to stay in the property in the future too, Thanks Pankaj

Very neat and clean Airbnb with , superb comfortable wifi n all, charging points n all small needy things just beside the bed , very nice maintained, just feel like home, smooth check in with clear instructions.
