Apt 5 Pier Terrace is a modern refurbished 2 bed apartment on the first floor which gives it fantastic panoramic views of the harbour, sea and East cliff and beach. In the lounge, there is a fantastic window seat in the bay window where you can watch the whole of west bay harbour & sea. The apartment is light with a fully equipped kitchen and a large walk in shower. Outside the front door the beach is just 70 metres away with a green area outside the apartments and the harbour to the other side.

The open plan living area features a light-colored sofa and armchair positioned around a soft rug. A glass door leads to the balcony adorned with potted flowers. A chandelier hangs from the ceiling, and a wooden sideboard is placed against the wall, reflecting natural light.
