As we live on the 1st floor of the building, we are easily in contact to help with everything you need. We are available any time to answer your questions and we can provide you with great choices that would make your stay as comfortable as possible. Guests have access to all the parts of the space, such as the living room, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and of course to the garden. Hosts Profile: We, Akrivi and Dionisis, live on the first floor of the same house. We own 2 jewelry galleries and a work shop in the center of Chalandri and in the island of Paros. We have two daughters which are 25 and 18 years old. We are Eco Friendly, cat lovers and garden lovers ( three cats live in the garden).We love hosting and we find it a very interesting experience! Chalandri is a green, safe, and trendy area in the north of Athens, full of shops, restaurants, and coffee bars. The apartment is on a quiet side road, but is close to the center of Chalandri and only 12 minutes by metro or bus from the city center. A 24h/day mini market is just a few steps away. Plaka is 100 metres away, and the Acropolis, the museum, the Temple of Zeus, and the Herodes Odeon are all under 500 metres away. There are plenty of options. The Acropolis metro station is 2 minutes walk. There is a bus stop right next to the entrance of the building. Taxis are available on most of the times parked next to the building's entrance. A shuttle or private transport can be arranged upon request at an extra cost. Tour buses begin routes 50 meters away from the building's entrance.

Our fully equipped home offers hospitality to max 5 guests, who will be accommodated in a two-level apartment of totally 140 sqm, in 2 master bedrooms, each with private bathroom and in a convertible single sofa - bed. The cozy interior of our home, with its sofa and the dining area will make you feel like home. Prepare your breakfast/meal at the kitchen by making use of all the facilities. Enjoy your morning coffee in the yard and your meal in the terrace, so that you feel the vibes of the Greek ancient spirit. Our home offers privacy with the two separate level master bedrooms. Apart from the main entrance, a second one is leading directly to the second bedroom. The living room sofa can accommodate an extra guest. For families travelling with baby, facilities for our little guests are available. Work space to place your laptop and keep your notes is at your disposal. The entire House, including living room area, kitchen, bedrooms, the yard and of course the terrace, is available to our guests. Driven by Greek hospitality we pay attention to personal check in and check out of our guests. Upon arrival a welcome basket will surprise you! The neighborhood of Plaka is a great place for sightseeing, home to the city's most famed historical monuments. The apartment on the 4th floor of a residential building is equipped with air conditioning system for cooling and heating.It is a Non smoking apartment (only on the veranda is allowed). Renovated in May 2018. The apartment has a bedroom for two persons, with a 1.6 m wide double bed,and a small room,with a 1.2 m wide single bed for a third person.Possibility of placing baby folding bed. The spacious and cozy living room has a high dining table and bar stools and a large couch (sleeping possibility for a fourth person). The kitchen is equipped with fridge, oven, vitroceramic hob, fire blanket, smoke detector, hood, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, coffee machine and toaster; it has a folding table with two folding chairs for seating. The approximately 30 square meters big and spacious Veranda offers a rather big table and a bench; the veranda is equipped with awnings, which are electrically operated. The apartment is fully available for the guests. We will be available for anything you might need during your stay. Most everyday amenities lie within a range of 200 meters of the apartment.
