Historical Water Tower Montabaur

Built in 1879, the listed water tower in Montabaur offers a special and cosy ambience. In a prime location in Montabaur, between the ICE train station and the old town, pretty much everything the city has to offer is within walking distance. The tower is historically preserved, but still offers many modern amenities. Around 1990, it was completely renovated and converted into living space. In 2023 it was renovated with a new bathroom. Feel at home in our vacation home "Suseria." It is a newly renovated attic apartment for 4-6 people in 2024, in a quiet residential area in the Westerwald. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, there is also an open area in which the kitchen, dining and living room can be found as well as 1 bathroom (shower & bathtub) and is a total of about 100 square meters.
