In addition, the direct connection to the A1 highway opens up fast routes to the surrounding cities such as Cologne, Wuppertal and Düsseldorf.

This pretty apartment is located in the popular district of Remscheid-Reinshagen, right on the edge of the forest. From here you have access to countless hiking and biking trails in the beautiful Bergisches Land. Despite the quiet location, you can reach Remscheid city center by car in 10 minutes. Located between the cities of Cologne (45 km) and Düsseldorf (40 km), near Solingen and Wuppertal, the apartment is perfect if you are traveling professionally and prefer to live a little quieter.

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

Bus and train, as well as everything you need for everyday needs of every requirement, is within walking distance. A parking space in the old town parking garage can be booked on request. Private access & parking available. Every 30 minutes S-Bahn connection to Cologne (1 hour to the Koelnmesse).
