Die gemütliche Ferienwohnung liegt im Souterrain mit direktem Zugang zur großen überdachten Terrasse und Blick auf das paradiesische Ruhrtal. Die 45 m² große behagliche Wohnung ist modern und neu eingerichtet. Vom Küchentisch blickt man direkt durch das bodentiefe Fenster in den Garten und zur Ruhr.

A terrace in front of the door is at your disposal, with table and chairs, to end your day in peace in the evening.

It is important to us that you can spend a nice, relaxing time here and unwind. The entrance to the Sauerland Forest Route is right around the corner and many attractions are nearby (Reckenhöhle, Balver Höhle, Luisenhütte.) Lake Sorpe is a few minutes away by car. Everything is great! We were a total of 8 people and had a lovely stay. The house is very well equipped and the location is very nice. The long board in front of the house and the beautiful decoration complete everything. I'm sure we'll be back!

I really enjoyed my stay at the apartment. It was clean, stylishly decorated and equipped with everything you might need. The location was great – quiet, yet central, with good connections to public transport. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was quick and friendly. I would definitely come back and can only recommend the apartment!

The apartment is exactly as in the photos, nicely decorated and clean, we felt right at home. Coffee, tea, shower kit, etc. were available, little things that make a big difference. The communication was very good. We would definitely recommend the apartment and come back again if we are back in Lüdenscheid. Thank you!
