The Annex @ Brook Garden Lodge Is Available for Single Night and Short Term Rent. The Annex is located at back of the garden with private access, private entrance door and free parking. If you are looking for a larger room, we also have the Suite@Brook Garden Lodge adjacent to the Annex with a few added extras, but due to Airbnb Algorithm appears down the list when searching for places in Barry. Due to the rooms being in same location, you won’t be aware unless you zoom in on the annex price.

Nicole’s Casa, Is set on its own in a beautiful garden, is a bright clean open plan place to rest and relax, warm in winter with central heating, we have a kitchen equipped with culinary & crockery ,fridge, microwave/oven and ceramic hob top. Work space table and chairs. There is a cosy double bed, sofa, tv and internet . Shower Room and toilet. Near Nicole’s Casa there a working yard that is quiet most of the time occasional movement of vehicles, our family house is opposite the studio.

The Studio is located in the sought after village of Whitchurch, a beautiful area of North Cardiff. Whitchurch is just a 5 minute drive from M4 & 10 minutes into the city centre. The Studio is within walking distance to a selection of local shops, bakery, chemist, pubs & fantastic restaurants. The studio is newly refurbished with underfloor heating. The bungalow is well situated on the grounds of our main house and has off road parking is available.
