Built circa 1910 this Heritage listed home is a unique place to stay... loads of character and with all modern comforts. The self contained guest suite is seperate from the rest of the home and consists of 2 bedrooms, a lounge with sofa bed, a verandah and a bathroom. The dining room is made available for use at breakfast time and a self service continental breakfast is Included in your stay. I only accommodate one booking at a time so you have exclusive use of the entire guest suite areas.

Recently built, under our existing house with separate entry is Parthenia Studio with beer garden and outdoor, hot shower! Coffee pod machine, teas, milks and some basics are provided for a light breakfast and basic cooking. IGA, Vintage Cellars, Bakery, Takeaways and Cafés are all a 10minute walk away. The Westfields Miranda bus via Caringbah Train Station is at the door. A collection of prosecco, white, rosé and red wine is in your room and can be paid into the Trust Box.

Take a ferry ride with a cup of coffee to the city, listen to the lions roar in the zoo with a French glass of wine in the garden are just few of the lovely activities while staying at our BnB. Staying in a historic home with modern finishes and comfortable provincial styling is the perfect base to explore the city of Sydney and return to a quiet retreat at night. Hello from the hosts of the Garden Studio! If the dates you need accommodation for show as unavailable, send us an inquiry anyway as we may be able to host you. The studio has a double bed, a kitchenette (fridge, microwave and kettle) and a full bathroom. It is about a 10 - 15 minute walk from Ashfield Station, and a 12 minute train ride into the city.
