I am confident that my place offers everything you will need to make you feel relaxed and comfortable. Whether it's short term or long term stay, it's perfect for tourists, business, family, leisure or whatever the occasion may be, the place offers more than just a place to stay.
What guests are saying:“It was a very cozy, comfortable, well-maintained, clean and well-designed home which my family thoroughly enjoyed staying for 7 days. It is near a large lake which was really refreshing to see, and it is near Sydney Olympic Park, which was an amazing spot for picnicking. There was also free shuttle bus traveling between the apartment and the nearest station. The kitchen is spacious and full of utensils and cooking ware, and there is also complementary nescafe cappuccino and coffee granules for any coffee person! The sofa bed is situated in the living room and is quite comfortable. There is also a huge HD TV with Netflix which was really awesome to watch at night with your family on the sofa bed. The area of living is very clean and new and amazing thing is that shopping for groceries is nearby extremely convenient. One caution is to make sure you clean and tidy the house properly before leaving the unit, because they might contact you to charge you an extra $100 cleaning fee if it is not well-maintained by the end of your stay.”
A private ROOM and BATHROOM in a TWO bedroom apartment (I am living at this premises) in a beautiful leafy Suburb of Wentworth Point. We are nestled between the Airport, CBD and the national parks. Right above a shopping centre, bars, amenities and public transport.

This place has everything you need for the stay nearby- local grocery, cafe, restaurant, eatery and free shuttle bus every 10min to the next suburb. The town is newly built with young professionals and families at night so it’s safe to hang out late. If you need to print or scan something, the local library is also within 5min walk with free WiFi so it’s convenient. Cobin’s place is clean, and nicely decorated. He also has undercover parking on the premise so it’s a bonus with those traveling with a car. He is very quick to response so overalls I had a wonderful experience. Thanks Cobin!”
