A surrounding terrace takes you on a discovery tour of Kiel's city center without having to leave the apartment. In a few steps you can reach the fjord, the train station and the city center.

Located in the idyllic small town of Eutin (Fissau), about 300 meters from the Kellersee. SUP or bike tours, hiking or walking, canoeing and much more is possible right outside the door. Surrounded by picturesque Holstein Switzerland, between a beautiful lake landscape, it is an ideal starting point for excursions into the beautiful surroundings. It's also close to the Baltic Sea (about 20 minutes). The distance to the market square in Eutin is about 3 km.

The new apartment "Ankerplatz" is on the ground floor. It is located at the back of a well-kept new single-family house in Stein and is completely separate and self-sufficient. The resort town of Stein is right on the Kiel Fjord. The Baltic Sea beaches are within walking distance. A long and wide dike promenade in the immediate vicinity of the beach invites you to take long walks and bike tours in the surrounding recreational areas of Wendtorf and Laboe.

The large sun terrace with awning, the adjacent pond and the open view of nature invite you to relax. The interior includes: a cozy sitting area with sofa, table and chairs, a wood-burning stove, a small kitchenette, a sleeping berth (1.60 wide) and a small shower room. Outside is a toilet house with a Finnish compost toilet.

Exclusive houseboat in a fantastic location. Large panoramic windows flood the vacation home with natural daylight. You have a unique view of the Baltic Sea. On the terrace and the walk-in Skydeck you can experience fantastic hours and sunsets. Underfloor heating and a private sauna guarantee a pleasant feeling of well-being even in winter months. The houseboat is equipped with designer furniture and offers its guests a lot of comfort overall.

The lovingly furnished apartment with separate entrance has a double bed, a small dining area, a cozy sofa and TV corner. 800 meters away are a beautiful natural beach with cliffs and a lively beach section with promenade, restaurants, toilets, and a surf school. Supermarket, bus connection and bakery are a two-minute walk away. Tourist tax (2.50 euros per person per day) is not included in the price and must be paid in cash upon arrival.

Our stylishly renovated apartment in a great location offers many opportunities to relax. If you want to jump into the sea in the morning, a nice walk will take you to the nearby bathing area in about 10 minutes. Afterwards you can have breakfast on the large terrace, with birdsong and enjoy your coffee. In the evening we recommend the beach promenade of Heikendorf for dinner or stroll.
