Magical place called Bock's Jukejoint basement ,near Oberlin College, Cedar Point, Lake Erie Islands and 30-40 mins to Rock Hall of fame. Entire basement decorated like an old 1920's Jukejoint from the Delta in Mississippi. Full private bathroom with clawfoot tub and shower sprayer, with a Queen bed and a single bed, bar, pool table, dart board, fridge and microwave. Perfect for up to 3 folks looking for a cool hangout. A two bedroom house in the small village ( less than 200 residents) of Rochester, OH. There are woods and open areas of about 4.0 acres with availability of fire pit for a peaceful evening. Property has a steam engine to view. Playground about one quarter mile from house. We are still updating home and property. Private, quiet area except but there is train track about 300 feet from the house. You are 20 minutes from Ashland, OH and Oberlin, OH. 45 minutes from Cedar Point and Cleveland.

Charming condo close to the best Northeast Ohio has to offer! 40 minutes from Cedar Point and downtown Cleveland, and less than 10 miles from Oberlin College. Smart TV but no cable, washer/dryer in unit. **A previous tenant from over 1 yr ago smoked here** Carpet cleaned/paint replaced, however if you are sensitive please be advised. Hope to have you for your stay!
