Monthly Rentals in Wellington

Peter has a nice private suite that perfectly fit my solo trip to Fort Collins. I wasn't around much during the day, but the bed was comfortable, the den area was spacious, and the full kitchen with a toaster oven is very convenient. Would stay here again!

This was the second consecutive year we visited CSU Fort Collins for a football camp; we stayed in the same neighborhood literally a block away. This year I must say with James as our host it was a much more comfortable experience: 1. He allowed my family to check a few minutes earlier 2. His proactive instructions prevented us from driving around to search for the pools. 3. Response time was immediate we didn’t have to wait hours for a response to a simple question. 4. He allows pets so our entire family could enjoy our visit. We hope next year the property is available for next year’s visit.

The loft is gorgeous and is bigger in person in my opinion. Beds were extremely comfortable and the area is so peaceful, but still only a 14 minute drive to downtown. We had an issue with Miller Moths in the apartment, no fault of the hosts or the property, and the hosts kindly explained to us that it is the season for them & keeping lights off while opening the front door helps. Would 100% stay again.

Our stay in Windsor was great! The basement was cozy and just what we needed for our stay. Thanks so much!
