Renewed November 2025. We offer a cozy apartment with a private bathroom (with a washer-dryer), bedroom and kitchenette. The kitchen is of course fully equipped with dishes and electrical appliances. The sleeping area consists of a queen-size bed, storage space, a shelf with smart TV, Wifi, dining area ... The apartment is well located, it takes about 5 minutes to walk to the main train station. The city center of Graz is in walking distance. Size 30 qm.

The tram and bus stop are 2 minutes away, and in 10 minutes you can be at the main train station. In the middle of life, yet the accommodation is quietly located and invites you to live and/or work.

Cosy Cottage in the mountains

The Troadkasten is an old granary, a traditionally built house, which we have lovingly transformed into a cozy chalet. The cottage is located directly on our organic mountain farm at 1100 m above sea level and can accommodate up to 6 people. Your retreat for a quiet break or starting point for hikes and excursions in the Almenland Nature Park in Styria. Dogs are welcome. Chickens, cats and farm dog Luna run freely around the farm.

We rent out our cottage, built in 1928 and lovingly restored, which is located on our organic farm about 1 km from the idyllic mountain village of Gasen in Styria. Enjoy the quiet, decelerated atmosphere in our vintage cottage, ideal for 2 to maximum 4 people. Pets are welcome! Bed linens, hand towels and dish towels are provided, Wi-Fi, tourist tax, pellets (heating material) and all operating costs are included!
