Our flat is located around the corner of beautiful Weissensee lake. In the near proximity there are supermarkets and restaurants, as well as close access to tram station. We rent out the sleeping room which has a berlin-made futon mattress, a screen, a cupboard and a working station with adjustable-height desk, screen and chair. In the hallway to the bathroom there is a comfy leather couch. The kitchen is self-built and has all necessary tools, as well as spices, sauces, coffee beans.

Hier erwartet Dich ein Mini- Apartment (18qm) mit allem was man für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen braucht. Bett, Küche und Dusche sind offen gestaltet und sorgen dafür, daß man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt, trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter. Das WC hat eine eigene Türe. Gelegen im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

Chickens provide the farmfeeling, the greenhouse gives fresh tomatoes and more. The Tiny-House is located directly on the carsharing- and scooterarea (sharing, App).

The apartment has a very large bedroom and living space shared by a room divider. The kitchen offers plenty of space and it offers kitchen chairs for 5 people. A washing machine, hairdryer, dishwasher, blender, oven and stove tops, a toaster and much more are available. Desk in the living room is no longer available.
