Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten in direkter Wasserlage am Kanal mit traumhaften Blick in die ostfriesische Landschaft. Das Haus wurde umfassend saniert und renoviert. Wichtig war uns dabei, den ursprünglichen Charakter beizubehalten und diesen mit heutigem Wohnkomfort zu verbinden. Regionalität, Nachhaltigkeit und Individualität waren unser Kompass. Am Rande des historischen Dorfkerns in ruhiger Lage, nur einen Katzensprung zum Deich, zum Hafen und zur Fähre nach Ditzum.

Welcome to the wooded Exloo, located on the Hondsrug in Drenthe. We live in the monumental train station of Exloo from 1903, on the NOLS railway line, from Zwolle to Delfzijl. this railway was founded in 1899 and lifted in 1945. This railway is now a nice walking path! Next to our house is a completely detached and brand new renovated house of 2 floors with enough privacy and a private entrance for up to 6 people. There is free parking, and a private terrace in complete privacy.

Centrally located between the castles of Evenburg and Phillipsburg, the apartment offers great cycling and hiking trails & shopping within walking distance. The Leeran center is about 1.5 km away.

This approximately 80 m² house dating back to 1875 is a true one-of-a-kind. In 2018, it was poured by us and renovated from the ground up with a lot of love for detail. Our claim is to make the historical perfection of this house experience even in the present. Our guests can therefore look forward to a thoughtful and lovingly furnished holiday home in one of the most beautiful locations in Emdens. About 10 minutes by car from the city center of the seaport city.

The cottage is centrally located, right in the middle of East Frisia! Perfect for excursions in all directions and within a 20 km radius there is much more to experience and discover than you can do on a vacation. In the immediate vicinity, it is rural and tranquil with animals and lots of greenery. And the East Frisian also likes to have a little snack ;) Here you can still find idyll and cordiality! Monument-protected bakery in the town center of Rysum: Live in exceptional ambiance. Spacious living-dining kitchen, three bedrooms, bathroom with corner tub, one shower room. Light-flooded living room with TV in the gable. Wifi but wobbly! Two small terraces. Bicycle shed. The path to the small "secret" beach by car: From Rysum to Emden, turn right towards KNOCK, turn to the end of the road (STRANDLUST), park your car and walk north on the water...

The townhouse "Thea" convinces with cozy retreat corners, e.g. the sleeping area with a view of the sky, the light-flooded reading & relaxation room with a small yoga & meditation corner or the outdoor bed. Dogs are welcome, there is a fenced garden, a cuddly cave and bowls for them. I myself loved living here and enjoying all weather conditions from the sleeping area, listening to the birds in the outdoor bed or reading on the sofa cuddled with a tea.

Relax in this special and quiet space. Located directly at the Petkumerhafen, it offers many opportunities for bike rides and walks. Several times a day, the ferry goes to the idyllic fishing village of Ditzum. Emden and the East Frisian countryside have many attractions and leisure opportunities available. Kitchen Kitchen has a dishwasher. If needed, two guest beds for children can be provided. Linens and towels are furnished.
