The house sits close enough to the ocean to see the waves, and sometimes see dolphins play while having your morning coffee.

Located within close proximity to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. You'll find plenty of deck space on the 1st and 2nd level of the home, lending itself to magnificent ocean views.
