Our house is fully equipped with anything you could possibly need. All the interior furnishings are new or like new. The parking area under the house is fully concreted, and set up for fun. There's a brand new hot tub, cornhole boards, gathering area, outdoor shower and even a bar! Feel like going to the beach? The beach access is a 2 minute walk from the house, and everything you need for fun is provided. We've got chairs, boogie boards, sand buckets, sun shade and a cart to haul it with.
