We loved our stay at the Lion on Sunset Lake! Marcia is a great host-very kind, helpful and quick to respond. The house was clean, very well appointed and stocked with everything you can think of. Beds are very comfortable. Lots of fun, extra amenities to enjoy both inside and out. The screen porch was our favorite spot! We enjoyed the game room as well. We'd have no hesitation to book this place again!!

The home was so comfortable we felt right at home. It was stocked with everything I could possibly need. The view of the water was amazing.. although it rained and was windy during our stay so we didn’t use the fire pit but I’m sure it would have been magnificent to sit under the stars and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. We went to a few local restaurants and businesses and everyone was so kind. I wound definitely recommend and stay here again if ever back in the area

Great house for 8 of us for a golf trip. Right next to the Lawsonia courses and the downtown area. Highly recommend staying here.

This was a great getaway for our family! The lake was beautiful and the cabin was exactly as advertised. We definitely recommend using the pontoon, it was very easy to use and relaxing once out on the lake. We’re looking forward to coming back soon!

I had a truly wonderful stay at this Airbnb and its my third time its that good! The setting is absolutely gorgeous—right on the lake, with peaceful views that made every morning/evening feel like a retreat. Despite the tranquil location, it’s surprisingly close to local amenities, which made exploring and running errands super convenient. The host was incredibly responsive and kind, making sure we had everything we needed and more. The beds were exceptionally soft and cozy—perfect for a great night’s sleep after a day outdoors. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to relax in nature without sacrificing comfort!

Great place for a quiet weekend away with dogs. Everything was as described and check-in and check-out were easy. 10/10 and will be back!

Thank you again for a lovely stay at Linger Longer. This is our second time here and we had so much fun! Relaxing in the sunroom and just looking at the lake was so peaceful. Mark is a great host and good communicator. We love this place!

Took my father and a couple of friends up to fish the river for the weekend. We came across Tims place and it couldn't have worked out any better. Private cabin setting with water access. Tim was very accomodating and responsive. I would highly reccomend, just don't have it booked next time we want to visit again!

We were looking to unplug and surround ourselves with nature and peace, and Linda's Lakehouse allowed exactly that. The property is perfectly tucked into the woods after a lovely drive through gorgeous farmland. Upon arriving, we were struck by the view of the gorgeous lakefront. Almost every room in the house affords this view and all the bedrooms have balcony access. The house is in pristine condition and is equipped with everything one would need/want, as well as many bonus items! We were there over Thanksgiving weekend and the house was so beaufully decorated for Christmas! We loved it! Also, the house was such a cozy place to come home to after our chilly brisk hikes. Linda has an eye for design and the home is truly an inspiration. Linda was so welcoming and communicative, always letting us know she was there to help. This experience was a 10 out of 10 for us for so many reasons. We'll cherish the memories!

I had an amazing stay at Deb and Matt’s place! From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The house itself was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. I especially loved my master room—it was cozy and perfect for relaxing after a long day. My friends and I had a fantastic experience overall, but what truly set this stay apart was the hosts' generosity. On the day of checkout, the weather took a turn for the worse, with heavy rain and snow making driving difficult—especially for my rear-wheel-drive car. Without hesitation, Deb and Matt offered us an extra night free of charge, which was beyond kind and made all the difference. They are truly the best hosts, and I can’t recommend this place enough! If you're looking for a wonderful Airbnb experience, this is the place to stay!

The place was just like the pictures showed. Very peaceful, scenic and quiet. There was lots of room in the house. The backyard was private and right on the lake. Loved Use the huge fire pit. The kitchen very well stocked. There was recommendations for restaurants and stores in the area. Place is easy to find. We also enjoyed the front large deck as well. If you have kids, there’s plenty of games and boats to use in the lake. We went in fall, so didn’t do any swimming, but still enjoyed the scenic views and the fall colors. Hali checked in with me before and during my stay. I didn’t need anything but I’m sure if I did she would’ve been quick to respond. We really enjoyed our stay.

Lakehouse Cottage was really great to stay at. The hosts were very friendly, quick to respond and informative. A lot of hang out areas in this AirBNB and around it. The water was very clear and is sandy in front of their place. We kayaked around the lake twice and it was magnificent! There are a bunch of steps to get to the lake so consider that if you have people that have trouble walking or getting up stairs. They allowed pets which was a huge plus for us! Thank you for allowing us to use your AirBNB!

Enjoyed a very relaxing weekend! Loved having a fire and watching the deer come out each evening! Home had everything we needed, including a well stocked kitchen....every pan & utensil you could ever need! We'll definitely be back!!

Tara’s home was so cozy! We rented this Air B&B for a weekend anniversary trip and brought along our two dogs. The fenced in yard was perfect for them to safely play in the snow! We got a lot of snow over the weekend and the pine trees on the property were beautifully capped with snow. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to prepare some good comfort food. Tara, as a host, was extremely responsive from coordinating an earlier check-in to avoid driving through a lot of snow and letting us know where extra firewood was stored so we didn’t have to drive out on the snow covered roads to get more. Definitely a place we would recommend, and would like to visit again in the summer months!

My husband and I enjoyed our long wknd glamping at Scandyland! We were able to bring our dog too and she also had a fabulous stay; lots of space to run and play and relax. Very spacious and private and those nites by the fire and all the stars, simply breathtaking. Would recommend, but want to keep this place a secret🤗

Such a peaceful and wonderful place. We so enjoyed our time! A really amazing cabin stocked with everything we needed and more. The wood burning stove, tons of firewood, an outside grill over the fire and let me just say it was so quiet all we heard were the critters in the forest surrounding us! Loved staying here and would love to visit again in the future. The location is absolutely stunning and just what we needed for our little weekend get away. Scott was a great host and if we needed anything he was only a message away. Love that it’s out in the country and so safe!

Place was as described, and somehow still better. Trevor was cool, animals were cool, cabin was everything we thought it would be, bigger than expected. You have your pick to what you want to do. Kayak, use it! Canoe, go for it! Want to feed the goats, here’s where the food is! All the luxuries of owning your own farm, but someone else has all the responsibilities. This was our first farm stay, and probably one of if not the best Airbnb’s we stayed at. Less than ten minutes to downtown, but when you’re at the cabin, there is an abundance of wildlife. Want to talk to Trevor? Go for it. Want to be left alone? That’s cool too. I can’t say enough about this place. Not a single complaint. Thanks again for everything Trevor, the eggs on the way out were icing on the cake. Stay here, you won’t regret it!

We had a last-minute change in our travel plans and still wanted to make the most of our vacation. Luckily, my husband found the Blackberry Lodge—and what an amazing find it was! We’re so happy we chose to stay here. From the start, Andrew (the owner and Super Host) was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and understanding about our situation. He made everything so easy, even on short notice. The lodge itself had everything we needed to feel completely at home—cozy, well-equipped, and full of charm. We truly enjoyed every moment and are already looking forward to coming back to create even more wonderful memories. Highly recommend this place and host. Thank you, Andrew!

The cabin was exactly the kind of peaceful break we were looking for. We try to include our dogs on road trips (especially as they’re getting older😭), so we were grateful to find a dog-friendly spot! We really appreciated how clean the cabin was, from the crisp bed linens to the bleach bucket for sanitizing dishes before use. We spent our time soaking in the sounds of nature, reading, relaxing by the bonfire, and watching movies. The dogs found their zen sunbathing on the deck. We had such an amazing time at this lake home! The house itself is gorgeous with plenty of room and things to do. The lake water is just beautiful, and we enjoyed fishing off the dock, kayaking and renting the pontoon for a day of boating! The hot tub was a big hit with everyone as was the fire pit. We would 100% stay again.
