I would surely book this place again. The place was very comfortable and had everything we needed, including laundry facilities. The location was great for walking and also a easy close drive to Nicene Marks Forest for a lovely hike. Communication was very pleasant and quick. Loved this stay.

Michelle was a very proactive host. Space is clean, neat and as pictured. Was great alternative to hotel for a conference trip. Would stay again.

great place in capitola, easy walk to the beach and restaurants nice easy drive to Santa cruz and surrounding area. Nice rental for a small family. the one and only minor downside is the garage , it's a tad small but can fit a car fine just no big suv or truck. Definitely tight getting in and out. would recommend this place to anyone in the area.

This is our first time in Capitola, and my husband and my twin boys enjoyed the unit and the surroundings so much! You can see the ocean view through the bedroom, grab some snacks, and sit on the balcony. Then, you can just go downstairs and walk across the street to the ocean! This unit has a private parking place, so you can just drive and park there easily. Moreover, the restaurants and the shopping store are just a one-minute walk away. All you can do is relax here!!

Nice, clean and well-equipped apartment within walking distance of convention center. Cecilia is very quick in responding to any small issues there might be.

What a beautiful place! If you are looking for "off the beaten path" with access to tourist areas, this is an excellent location. It is not the pristine hotel environment but a charming and unique place to get away from all the hustle and bustle. Follow Susanne's instructions to a "T" and you will have no problems. Hope to come back some day! Great experience.

Well-stocked, simply furnished bungalow-type attached residence in the Seabright neighborhood, convenient to the northeastern residential sections of Santa Cruz and to supermarkets and natural food stores. Many new, easy-to-operate small appliances and good laundry set-up. Ample kitchenware and condiments. Quiet city surroundings, easy parking. Overall, staying at the unit (and interacting with owner) was a pleasure.

The studio is well laid out and has high quality cabinets and furniture. It had the best stocked kitchen we have seen in an Airbnb. The views were very nice. The skylights were great. So much natural light. Parking on the street was OK. Definitely hope to stay again.

Nice place about a half block from Twin Lakes Beach. Location is great and the place was perfect for our family of 3 plus our dog. Our teenage son enjoyed sleeping in the loft and our dog loved barking at passersby from the deck... The unit is above the main house where the host lives, but felt private. We'd be happy to stay here again next time we're in town.

Vic and Leanne's place is great! We've stayed there several times, and will be back, I'm sure. It's clean, quiet, nicely furnished, and comfortable, with a very well-stocked kitchen. The kitchen and appliances are new and nicely done. Plenty of local coffee for the coffee maker. Vic and Leanne are friendly, helpful, and responsive. Recommended!

We had a lovely weekend with our family celebrating a birthday. The place was perfect for hosting 6 of us, walking to the beach and then driving up to Capitola and other towns very close by for celebration dinners. We enjoyed staying here and would definitely recommend others to consider for a beach getaway.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jackie's beach house. The house was walking distance to all our favorite places to go. Honestly, we loved hanging out in the backyard too. The BBQ was perfect and ready to go. I wouldn't change a thing, it was perfect and we look forward to coming back again.

We had a wonderful stay at this home—it was the perfect setting for our vacation with multiple families and young children. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax and spend quality time together, and the layout made it easy to keep an eye on the kids while still enjoying ourselves. Evan's place provides the best views of the ocean and is located close to multiple beach waves points. The electric bikes made for great fun, as we rode all over town. It was a great place, for a great price. A true million dollar view, especially from the decks. Highly recommend to people of all ages.

Kristina’s place was absolutely beautiful and exactly as pictured. Breath taking ocean views and a short 5 minutes down to the beach. We had a wonderful short getaway at Sue’s place! The condo is just steps from the beach, pool, and jacuzzi. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was relaxing, and the ocean breeze was very refreshing. It was exactly what we needed to reset and recharge. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and thoughtfulness—fresh local flowers, many beautiful books related to the neighborhood in reading material. The space was immaculately clean, beautifully designed, with everything I could need—toiletries to fast Wi-Fi .The host went above and beyond, checking in to ensure everything was perfect. It felt less like a rental and more like a five-star boutique hotel with the heart of a home. I truly didn’t want to leave!” This is a real heartfelt space in the middle of my home town that provided the soulful connection to home.

The condo was kept spotless with comfortable king size bed, bunkbed that my boys love, a beautiful swirling love seat that my daughter loved to sit in while watching sea birds catching fish using the binocular provided! Our family specifically loved the fireplace on the balcony. It was just perfect for us to enjoy the cozy night chatting and laughing by the fire while listening to the ocean waves NorCal beaches can be very chilling at night. As described, great location walkable easily to shops/restaurants/beach. Quiet location and thoughtful extras like makeup removal wipes, qtips, and popcorn.

We had a fantastic time. The view was second to none, with easy access to the beach and restaurants. Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. Great coffee shop within walking distance (albeit with a decent hill). We happened to stay when whales were just off the coast and saw them from the shore. Could not have asked for a better day. For those with mobility issues - you do need to climb about 10 narrow steps to get to the tram, which lets you skip the rest of the stairs. But there is no way around those first steps. Would absolutely come back.

Great place! Short walk to the beach, walk to restaurants, updated bathrooms, floors etc, beautiful, modern decor, clean, dazzling ocean view from all the windows. Little touches of care, like sunscreen in the cabinet, ketchup in the fridge, and plenty of interesting books in the night stand, really put this place over the top! Will book again!
