Silverstar Barn is located on 10 acres just 3 miles south of Watertown on blacktop road. It is approximately 150 feet from our residence. Rest assure that you will be left alone to enjoy your extended or weekend getaway. We have just completed remodeling the other half of the barn turning it onto another rental. Silver star Stables has it's own entrance and both units have there own patio doors, one facing east, the other west for private outdoor seating. Both units have there own grill as well.

Horseman's Hideout

Unique grainery on 10 acres converted to a cozy rustic living space. There is a bed on the main level and a bed in the loft area.This is on a hobby farm where you're likely to see free- range chickens, horses, and goats in the summer time. We have recently moved the Hideout to our new home! The ground around the guest house may be different but the view is relaxing and secluded. Spring 2025 we will begin work on landscaping. We love seeing your pets, but please keep them kenneled if you leave.

This is my second time staying in Kathy and Robert’s loft. It is a quaint and cozy space. There are also several great restaurants nearby. We really appreciated the snacks and the coffee and tea bar. Kathy and Robert are quick to respond and very helpful. I highly recommend staying at this beautiful loft. Whenever I return to Webster, I will definitely want to stay there again.

Great little house, perfect for a jumping off point for adventures in the area. Only warning, out gps, and our daughters when she joined us for dinner take you to the wrong street!(obviously not the hosts fault!). So when you get to the neighborhood look at the address closely and you’ll get there no problem…the house looks exactly as pictured so it’s easy to know you are at the right place.

Sarah is very responsive and accommodating all the way around. The deck is wonderful and very enjoyable. The lake was beautiful, and the sunsets were everything we hoped for them to be. There's a little area in the back for the kids to play in the water, sand and rocks. This is exactly what you're looking for when it comes to a lakeside cabin.

The house sits all by itself on a beautiful lake not too far out of town. The host responded immediately to all of our questions and was super helpful. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook. They even have a stocked laundry room with towels to clean your dogs off. You cannot beat this place if you love the outdoors.

Fantastic lake house. A huge lot with plenty of space. We stayed here for SDSU graduation and even though it was a bit of a drive to Brookings, it gave us plenty of space for all the family to stay and attend the ceremony. Jared's lake house was immaculate and as described. He had all the amenities needed for our stay. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks for the great stay!

The cabin was great for our mom’s weekend away. The beds were comfortable, the house was quiet, views were beautiful. The beach is all rock (no sand), so that might be tricky with kids but the kayaks were great and had a hot tub (though we didn’t use). Would definitely stay again.
