This new build boasts lovely views from large windows in a quiet, roomy, 3 bedroom walkout basement with high ceilings. Each bedroom has a full bathroom ensuite. One bedroom is handi-accessible. Full kitchen, laundry facility in suite and hot tub! We are a 10 minute drive to Waterton Lakes National Park, 1 hour drive to Lethbridge and 2 hours from Calgary.
