Full kitchen, laundry facility in suite and hot tub! We are a 10 minute drive to Waterton Lakes National Park 20 minutes to the townsite, 1 hour drive to Lethbridge, 2 hours from Calgary. Heritage Cottage is a beautiful retreat away from life's busy pace. This spacious and cozy home was built Summer 2019. The panoramic views show all of Southern Alberta's best - the prairies, foothills, and rocky mountains. 40 minutes from Waterton National Park, 15 minutes West of Pincher Creek, and 20 minutes to Castle Provincial Park and ski hill. You will have access to the main level which consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living room, dining area and full kitchen. You have use of the front patio with the beautiful view and one back deck. There is a large yard with grass although it has not landscaped. There is someone occupying the basement and they will likely be there the entire time. Waterton Reservoir is only a 5 minute drive West. There you will find a picnic area and a rocky beach.
