Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Waterloo

After 8 years on Airbnb, this is my first long review. The window was broken, and due to strong wind I caught a bad flu that I’m still recovering from. The host was very rude. I stayed two nights, and on the last night I asked for the WiFi password—he replied by demanding to know when I was leaving and insisted on checkout by 11 a.m. I had planned everything assuming I could stay until 2 p.m., and politely asked if that was possible. He responded aggressively, threatened to report me to Airbnb, and falsely claimed he let me check in early (I arrived at 3 p.m., on time). I left by 10:30 a.m. regardless. I’ve stayed in many countries through Airbnb and never encountered this level of disrespect. I’m not writing this to hurt his business, but to encourage a little more politeness and professionalism in how guests are treated.

Sehr schönes großes Appartment im wunderschönen Uccle. Das Zentrum von Brüssel ist mit der Tram zu erreichen, die vor dem Haus hält. Das Appartment ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hat einen sehr großen Fernseher, neue und moderne offene Küche, voll ausgestattet mit allen Küchen-Utensilien, die man zum Kochen bräuchte und ein großes Bad mit Dusche. Alles tip top sauber und in Ordnung. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Es un alojamiento precioso y con vistas a la Basílica del Sagrado corazón muy bonitas. Está a unos 20 minutos del centro en transporte público. La cocina está súper completa con todo lo que necesitas. La comunicación con Sarah fue muy buena, tuvimos un problema al llegar pero respondió al instante dándonos una solución :) Por decir algo negativo (pero con fácil solución) es que las paredes son muy finas y se escucha todo de los otros apartamentos :( Sin duda si volvemos a la ciudad, nos encantaría quedarnos aquí otra vez!

Die Unterkunft von Steven & Natalie kann ichnur jedem empfehlen. Sie liegt zwar etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum Dendermonde, war für uns aber optimal, da wir in der Nähe auf einer Hochzeit eingeladen waren. Super nett war, dass wir den Checkout auf 14.00 Uhr verlegen konnten, so dass wir nach der Hochzeit etwas länger schlafen konnten.

NIce, spacious apartment with great lighting options and warm interior. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom (on the lower level of the apt) was spacious. Neighborhood is quiet while also having good access to trams, restaurants, and multiple supermarkets. Highly recommend!

Great place. Highly recommended. Comfortable and very close to the European institutions. Good communication and great wifi and bed. Silent at night and good stuff in the kitchen.

A very beautiful and spacious apartment which provided everything we needed. Eppegem station was a short walk which gave easy access to Mechelan, Leuven, Brussels and Antwerp etc. There’s even a wonderful ice cream parlour there, which opens in the afternoon. Plenty of local shops for groceries and take away food. Lots of information about the area is left for visitors to browse and a comprehensive house guide. We had a great time.

Fijn huis met prima voorzieningen. Van hieruit mooi de omgeving te verkennen (wel met eigen vervoer). Behulpzame eigenaren in de buurt voor als het nodig is!

Это прекрасный дом, который находится на берегу реки и окружён большим количеством зелени, в тихом месте. Всё написанное соответствует реальности. В доме есть в всё необходимое, соль , сахар, кофе , приправы и даже оливковое масло. Советую всем и обязательно вернусь сам.

Super verblijf in een prachtige omgeving!

Ontzettend mooie plek om even helemaal tot rust te komen. Vriendelijke host en zeer schoon verblijf!

Wat een aanrader!!! Ons verblijf bij Marie was fantastisch! Het huis is prachtig ingericht en heeft een leuke tuin waardoor je het gevoel krijgt dat je rustig afgelegen zit. Het huis is ideaal voor een groep vrienden, met ruime, open kamers. De communicatie met Marie verliep zeer vlot. Al tijdens de voorbereidingen van ons weekend hielp Marie mee nadenken over leuke activiteiten in de buurt. Ook tijdens het weekend zelf reageerde ze op onze vragen over bepaalde praktische zaken. Wij komen heel graag nog eens terug! Bedankt Marie!!!

Unser Aufenthalt war super schön in dieser tollen Unterkunft. Das Haus ist mit allem Ausgestattet was man benötigt. Es fehlt einem an nichts. die Lage ist ebenfalls perfekt. Maryam ist eine sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeberin die sich hervorragend um uns gekümmert hat. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur mehr als empfehlen.

Nous avons passé une semaine de Noël merveilleuse dans la maison de Naja, Juan Pedro et leurs enfants. La cuisine est idéale et très bien équipée pour préparer de bons repas à plusieurs et le salon est très confortable. La maison a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un séjour agréable et Naja et Juan Pedro sont très réactifs. Nous nous sommes sentis accueillis comme à la maison, et ce séjour restera un souvenir précieux pour notre famille. Merci encore pour tout !

Olivier was helpful and responsive, and it was a great place to stay for a few days. The bathroom and elevator up were admittedly a bit tight, but it was enough space to maneuver with just the two of us. This location is located very close to Merode station which was handy to get around. It can be a bit loud if there are concerts in the nearby park (as was the case for our stay), but they ended well before midnight so it was not a major problem. Definitely recommended if you can book this AirBnB!

Large,clean and modern apartment. Easy walking distance to attractions, shopping and restaurants. Building access was easy with a large elevator and electric key codes. It was a good fit for 4 of us and had a full size fridge for food stuffs.

I had a great stay! The location was perfect—walkable to everything I needed and easy to get around. The host was very communicative and helpful throughout the stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The place was clean, comfortable, and just as described. I would definitely stay here again!

This was our second stay at Lieve's place during the past few months because of the exceptional accommodations, location, and excellent hospitality. Lieve's Airbnb continues to be one of the best, if not THE best, place we have stayed at in many years at Airbnbs. The place is immaculately clean, has all the comforts of home, and is within easy walking distance to many restaurants and all the great places you may want to see. Best of all, you will experience Lieve's warm hospitality. During both stays, she greeted us upon our arrival with a warm smile and a box of excellent Belgian chocolate, which we enjoyed immensely. She provided complete instructions for everything in the apartment. She was responsive to any requests we had during our stay. She even arranged for a taxi to take us to the train station for our departure. You will be hard pressed to find a better place than this Airbnb in Brussels. We are already planning on returning and staying at Lieve's place.

Prima verblijf en een fijne host! Bij aankomst zagen we helaas dat het gas in het gehele gebouw was afgesloten in verband met een lek, iets waar de host niets aan kon doen natuurlijk. De host had dit ook gezien en heeft proactief aangeboden om een elektrische kookplaat langs te komen brengen als vervangen. We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad op deze locatie!

Emplacement juste « parfait »!!!! On a pu faire tout à pied. Très bon restaurant à proximité. Quartier dynamique! Très bel appartement sur trois niveaux. Très agréable. Literie confortable.

A great apartment right in the center of Brussels! Simon met us to hand over the keys, he was very nice and welcoming and showed us around the apartment. We kept in touch and he recommended some places to get chocolates and Belgian waffles. The apartment was fantastic and clean, we would definitely stay here again! We also highly recommend brunch at Woodpecker right next door.

Gekozen vanwege de ligging, dichtbij het centrum van Mechelen en het treinstation, waardoor Antwerpen, Brussel en Leuven zeer gemakkelijk te bereiken waren. Appartement is ruim, inclusief parkeergarage en deels overdekt terras. Wasmachine, droger, ruime badkamer, alles wat je nodig hebt. We kunnen dit zeer aanbevelen.
