Ons huisje staat in één van de mooiste Waterlandse dorpen, Broek in Waterland. Het bevindt zich in een prachtige omgeving, op 8 km van Amsterdam. Op 3 minuten lopen afstand vind je de bushalte, waardoor je binnen 12 minuten op Amsterdam Centraal staat. Het gastenverblijf zelf biedt alles wat je tijdens een vakantie nodig hebt. In ons gastenverblijf is het dus heerlijk 'thuiskomen' na bijvoorbeeld een drukke dag in de stad, of bijvoorbeeld een fietstocht langs alle leuke dorpjes hier in de buurt.

Ben je de stad even zat? Op zoek naar een bijzondere bestemming voor een vakantie in eigen land? Ik verwelkom je graag op mijn unieke locatie middenin de landerijen van Waterland. Op slechts 15 minuten vanaf het centrum van Amsterdam, en op een steenworp afstand van het pittoreske Broek in Waterland, ligt mijn woonark. Om het erf te bereiken maak je gebruik van een klein pontje, om zo de Broekervaart over te steken. Het pontje is overigens privébezit, en wordt alleen door mijn gasten gebruikt.

Tomris est une hôte très agréable qui a décoré son logement avec un goût et raffinement hors du commun. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à 15 minutes d’Amsterdam, au milieu des canaux, à proximité de la mer dans un environnement apaisant. Je recommande sans hésitation!

We had an absolutely lovely stay. Staying at Ruben's was the perfect balance between beautiful nature and the city experience of Amsterdam. The bus was an easy 15 minute ride into the city. We generally spent out mornings sipping coffee by the water and exploring the city in the afternoon.

In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte und sie war sauber. Die Lage ist ruhig. Ein Supermarkt sowie verschiedene Restaurants konnten mit den kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellten Fahrrädern schnell erreicht werden. Gert-Jan hat hilfreiche Ideen und Anregungen für Freizeitaktivitäten gegeben und stand bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Wir haben den Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr genossen! :-)

Wir waren total zufrieden mit dem kleinen Ferienhaus, alles war wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und wunderschön eingerichtet. Auch die Lage ist super, weder der Strand noch die Innenstadt von Amsterdam ist lange entfernt. Die direkte Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und naturnah. Gerne wieder :)
